Tuesday April 4th visit around 7:30-8pm. Not busy at all. I must say the level of incompetence at this location is off the charts. First I arrive with my wife and 5 kids. One bring our autistic 4 year old. We stand at the register waiting to give our order for about 10 minutes. All while watching them take drive through order after order. Completely ignoring us. Even though the girl who eventually helped us walked past us multiple times to take drive through orders to parked cars. Finally the young short Hispanic girl comes to help us and she doesn’t greet us well at all. Doesn’t ask how we’re doing, how she can help us. Just says “HI”. I have to give her our order code cause she didn’t even ask. Takes our order. Doesn’t direct us to where we can get our drinks. Luckily we happen to see they’re on our side of the counter and was able to get them ourselves after waiting for her to bring them. Then they forget all our paid for sauces. Did not give us our apple juice for our autistic daughter. Had to get up from our table multiple times to retrieve these missed items. Packed our order to go even though we were clearly dining in since our kids were already sitting at the tables. My wife requested a sweet tea and the cashier did not specify the tea was only behind the counter, so her first trip to the counter she requested tea after waiting for someone to assist her. Each time she had to get someone’s attention because they were ignoring her. Of course they were out of sweet tea so she had to wait for them to get more. When my wife went the 2nd time to the counter to collect the sauces the tall thin young guy only gave us 3 of the 4 sauces we paid for. Then when she went back up the 3rd time for our daughters juice the heavy set girl in the red sweater was very rude and responded with “what” when my wife said excuse me to her because she was being ignored every time she had to go retrieve items they forgot to put with our order. The food wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either. Wouldn’t say it was at all fresh. Most likely had been sitting for a while under heat lamps or something. While eating a lot of immature activity was going on behind the counter between the staff. Loud unnecessary behavior made it an annoying atmosphere to be in. All in all I give them a 1 star for bad customer service, unclean store, inaccurate order taking and lack of motivation. Staff is all young and clearly ready to go home several hours before the store even closes. I don’t recommend this location at all. I’ve had better customer service at hot dog stands in New York! If I could rate zero stars I would. Staff training and cleaning are a must to even come close to fixing the issues at this location. Preferably and most necessary the heavy set girl in the red sweater. She has a very very bad attitude towards customers. She was the worst experience of our enter visit. Will...
Read moreABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE AT A MCDONALDS EVER. I am still in shock over the terrible experience here. Let me first say that I do not go to McDonalds often, but when I do - this is the closest location to my home. I ordered a classic quarter pounder with cheese. I asked that there be no ketchup, no mustard, and no pickle. I also asked to add lettuce, tomato and mayo. The proceeded to charge me 25 cents for the lettuce, 40 cents for a tomato slice and then 30 cents for mayo. I wasn't initially angry because I was going to ask for a ranch to dip my fries in & figured this would even out (I know they charge for an extra sauce at some locations). When asked for a ranch & buffalo sauce- the MANAGER - who served me was literally appalled at this request and said that I should have ordered this at the window and it would be 30 cents per dip. I stated that I was not going to pay 30 cents for a ranch when I was charged an additional 95 cents already for basic toppings. He said no and was completely rude and condescending. I asked again for a ranch and buff sauce and the manager repeated that I would need to pay for these items b/c they do not "come" with my order and then proceeded to inform me that if I ordered nuggets then I would get a free ranch. At this point I am super annoyed and say never mind and have a great night. He was again rude and condescending. If this is how you want to PLAY McDonalds at 146th and Hazeldell - then you should have taken off money for removing the ketchup, pickle and mustard that "come" with my burger. If you can add money for 1 swipe of mayo or a sprinkle of lettuce then I think it is only right to discount for the removal of condiments. Next time I will go to Chick-Fil-A so I can get treated like a decent human being and when asked for a sauce they will say "my pleasure". Oh and I can swipe as many mayo packets without being charge 30 cents. McDonalds - YOU.ARE.RIDICULOUS. That manager also needs to be let go for treating customers so...
Read moreWe love many of the McDonald's Items such Tea, Coffee, Breakfast sandwiches, etc. On Saturday night we ordered 3 large ice-teas and our surprise was that the sweet tea container was filled up with unsweetened tea so we did dispatched ourselves unsweetened tea instead of sweet one. Since we live close and are regular customers (because of that reason), it was easy to assume we could get back in the morning for our sweet tea's rather than asking for our money back. The 3 guys were serving said Yes! not a problem. So, we did get back early next day. I started ordering a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich while my daughters were filling up the cups with fresh and delicious sweet tea when the cashier told me "The teas must be paid too" (in Spanish and per her voice tone she assumed something really wrong). I immediately replied to her telling her last night story, but she said absolutely NO Kind or Kind word to me even today is Christmas eve (she replayed anything, and seemed to be angry for what she assumed), so I started immediately talking to the 2 managers were on the side explaining the situation and within few seconds they replied back to me: Sure! not a problem and apologize for not having sweet tea last night. I believe some people need to have much better training about how the treat customers and also have better criteria to DO NOT assume wrong things in their mind before PROPERLY asking for that and act in consequence (or sometimes not asking is also proper...
