Wendy's — Restaurant in Noblesville

I was there early and ask for 4 meal Right away make it not problem Driving back and i know i missing 1 meal so i return 30 min latter Gentleman look like manager he put me order again And the cashier / manager tell kitchen person . witch was a men so he answer to the cashier / manager im bussy Im cocking Im make 2 bacon burgers And more So the cashier / manager say to him please make that was a mistake So i saw him the kitchen make 2 meals and ask something in general so the ladie in the window say make this . this . this and you make later ( this meal . me meal ) By that time pass 5 min or ready dont forget was a mistake because they not make me meal So right away when i hear that i did ask to in general did you know how long more be my meal Ladie on window tell me is cocking I did respond how long She respond me is cocking And say to her please return my money She answer is cocking And say i cant waitting more She continue say me is cocking So i say please tell me how long will be or return me money She did answer me sr you are not the only one customer So i did say her hired more people i did hear the kitchen person im busy im cocking and bla bla bla Then turn away with not meal not money and upset Because not one knows how talk to at person im work and food industry and that is really unprofesional you answer right away like the ladie or cocking person Disrespect and unprofesional people are work there Now let see how long is contact me or respond me Btw i did not expend 10 dlrs i did expend at lot money remember...

Ordered dbl chz burger w tomato/onion, single chzburger w ket/mayo and a bacon chz potato. Got burgers. Potato, after 15 min - i sent daughter to check. potato not done. she took burgers back in -they were now cold. I tore one wrapper on purpose - they took burgers to the back, came back out a few min later - told daughter they were remade - and finally potato done. 25 min. Came out to car - wrapper with tear in the bag. SAME ONE. Got home - double burger was a not a double. Come on - do better. Don't serve food till ALL food is ready. I know it's fast food but it's HORRIBLE. They were rude to my daughter like it was her fault for asking about whereabouts of potato. Nope - no more. Oh - and all that waiting - the potato was cold.

I'm done w that Wendy's. Find people that want to serve and not be on their phones. Customers aren't an inconvenience to your insta or whatever...

Whatever you do, don't go here for breakfast. First, the guy over the speaker taking my order couldn't have cared less. I ordered my food with the mobile app and when I get there, they tell me they can make my food but they don't have any eggs. No eggs, for breakfast. And when I repeat it, making sure I heard him right, he practically sighted in his response like, yah, no eggs, what do you want me to do about it? So say nevermind, just give me two of the chicken breakfast sandwich and his response there was like I was asking him to come over and wash my car. Then, as icing on the cake, the chicken sandwiches which I guess are supposed to have some kind of swiss cheese sauce, which sounded good, were bone dry. Just chichen and a pretty miserable looking pieces of bacon. I don't do breakfast very often but next time I think I'll try taco bell...
