Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Nogales

I ordered my meal with other family members passing through, food wasn’t great served cold like as if they had been out for a while. Also manger was really rude after the meal my toddler wanted to play in the playpen but me as an full size adult could not go up the with him so I sent my cousin who is 13 to go down the slide with him soon after an employee Beatriz E. Came by and let us know that bigger kids couldn’t be on the playpen do to unstable playpen. We agreed my toddler ran back which I sent my cousin to get him down at the same time the manager which did not give us her nam started badmouthing us and shouting and threatening to call the cops we tried to explain that my cousin was only getting my toddler but she completely went off after one time of being asked to get the big kids off. She did call the cops which was a waste of time for us just passing through and the cop himself. The cop just said have a nice day no trouble here. Which we agreed, apologized for the disturbance and then a manager who did not give us her name and was not wearing a name badge rudely started telling us to leave and to not get back in the play pen when we were all ready leaving. I had left my phone inside so I went back inside to look for it with my brother and the lady started telling my brother that he had to get out and that she was happy that I had lost my phone and that that’s what we deserved. Rude service and wont allow to use the restroom until customer has finally bought something. Will stand outside bathroom and wait for customers that haven't bought something and stare suspiciously the entire time you are there. Service was slow in general and in the ketchup packets we received were all sticky and gross. That is extremely unsanitary. The attitude towards customer is just plain bad. Never in my life have I been stared at like a criminal just because I walked into a bathroom before buying food.
