Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Nogales

Saturday 11th August 2018 7pm I order the 5 meat pizza, ordered it well done, repeated well done the kid said ok, he said 15 min, I thought to myself that's the normal bake time, 20 is the well done... sure enough I get the pizza not well done all the toppings in center of pizza, I get home pizza is not cut right have to cut my self.. poor management I know I know it little Caesars but dang get it right.

the best part is when I was sitting waiting for my pizza this other teenager walks in asking for a application another girl hands it the the kid, then the kid that attended me hugs and said hi to the kid and then the best thing, the kid behind the counter grabs a pizza and gives it to his friend, the way I know that he didn't pay is I heard the employee say its will be 5 bucks and change, then his friend said no fool, then the employee said thank you have a good day, and his friend just walked out with a free pizza.

5 bucks is not much, but how many times a day , a week, a month does that happen!? just some insights...

Terrible. Not going back. Ordered through the app. Promo (Free2L) on the app offered 2 liter with pizza purchase. Purchased New $6 thin crust. Picked burnt looking pizza at pizza portal and grabbed my 2 liter like it showed on attached receipt. Asked cashier if she needed to ring up 2L somehow. I showed her receipt. She said can't take 2L she asked co workers which didn't seem to speak English. They spoke among themselves that the manager told them not to honor promo. They never spoke to me directly but understand Spanish. I asked for a refund and receipt. They were not helpful or pleasant to deal with either. Understandable why the employees are being replaced by portals and automating the pizza...

Ordered 2 pizzas on the LC app. I arrived to pick up pizzas that were ready according to the app, they were not ready. I asked the cashier, she said they will be out shortly. I wanted 10 minutes. And asked again... she said they're almost done. People would come in and go out with pizza. Some people ordered pizzas while I was there and left while I waited for mine. 30 minutes later I'm still waiting and asked to talk to manager... she would not come to talk to me. After a total of 40 minutes of waiting for a pizza that I had ordered online and was ready according to the I finally got my pizza. Really bad service... the managment is...
