El Parícutin Food Truck — Restaurant in Nogales

The larger than usual selection of meats are well spiced and served in generous portions. At 6.75, the burros are a little pricey, but the tacos are a good deal. I really like the tacos de cabeza. The salsa is very tasty. The breakfasts are good also. Only complaint is everything is served with chopped col ( cabbage) by default. I prefer my tacos "estillo michoacan" with onions and cilantro. Since these guys are originally from Uruapan, they have no problem with my special request. Service is fast...

Our first time and it won't be our last! We both had the carna asada burrito. Loved it. Prices are reasonable. Service was prompt. We don't speak Spanish and he didn't appear to speak A lot of English. We had no issues ordering or paying. When we are in the area this will be our go to Taco Truck. Easy to find too! Just off of Hwy 19 take Mariposa exit. It is by the Best Western hotel - or behind Carlos Junior...
