Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Nogales

To be honest, my experience was extremely uncomfortable. The manager is horrible, so is the staff !!((extremely rude )) they gave me my order incorrectly after waiting in the drive-through for more than 20 minutes, and there was not a long line at all. There was only three cars behind me. Also, it seemed like they were on organized and everybody was running around like headless chikens. As for the context of the situation, I asked them to give me my order correctly twice after they had giving it to me incorrectly not only was I waiting in the drive-through for more than 20 minutes, but I was given my order incorrectly twice. When I demanded my order to be given to me correctly they went ahead call the manager, and the manager started yelling at me saying that he was not gonna give me my food that he was going to give me my money back, and I did not pay cash I paid card. He did ultimately refused to give me my food & did not give me a receipt for my order and gave me $15 cash. I’m very disappointed, it is not the first incident that has happened in this location. There has been a handful of them, but this by far the most uncomfortable service I have had.

I will tell all my friends and family and everybody. I know to avoid that location at all costs. It is not worth going there to get your food even if you’re on your lunch break. Horrible !! I will never go to a jack...

So I placed our order on the app which details everything. My husband picked it up and brought it home which is almost an hour there and back. My food was not in the bag and I called and was hung up on three times before finally speaking to someone that spoke some English. Besides the frustration of not having my food to deal with being hung up on over and over and then to be told I shouldn’t be mad…..ridiculous. There is no one to reach out to. All they want is us to drive all the way back to get the food. And she also asked “you don’t speak Spanish”. No I’m in American where English is our first language. I’m done with this place and now have to dispute the charges because they will not...

Had a not so great order and left a comment on a survey. And to my surprise I received a phone call from the manager that they wanted to remake my order to my satisfaction. I was beyond appreciative that they took the time to read my comments and more so that they wanted to make it right. Customer service is above and beyond. I have never had an issue until this time . And I see why never any issues. They take pride in service and serving hot food. And unlike other places across the street they always make an effort to speak to me in English. And I appreciate that so much as my Spanish isn't so great. Thank you management and staff for such...
