Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Nogales

Have always been helped by an AMAZING staff they are very helpful and food is always good!!! Unfortunately this amazing staff is not complimented by the Restaurant Manager. She is rude, lacks professionalism and costumer service skills. Due to selecting the wrong beverage she decided to scream and humilate my husband in front of a restaurant full of clients. What makes matters worse is knowing that this individual has had the same behavior with other clients and staff members. Sad to say but because businesses continue to hire leaders like this one, we continue to sadly see how more and more stores go out of business and therefore how our city slowly has fewer options to choose from. Nogales its time to bring good costumer...

We were waiting to order by the window outside for 5 minutes. The window was halfway open so they know we are there.

3 customers show up go inside and they take their order before even saying anything to us. Then one guy says we will be with you shortly and another customer goes inside. The same guy takes his order first... so we just get into our car and as we are about to drive away the employee looks at us. Makes this face like stunned we are leaving and starts to laugh.

We like to wait outside window. It's nice outside the breeze and a little sun is good. We have been ordering at the outside window for years. Yea no more.

Food is OK but this has happened to use 3 times this year. No more... we're not going to eat...

I have lived here for more than 40 years. I recently bought Chicken from this location for along time, the bad part is that I didn't know there was a limit on the deposible platés and fork per package. Never had I had bad service before. So I bought a 16 piece package with 3 large sides. So I ask for plates for 10 people. The old lady got mad like if there were hers. So she said This package just gives out 6 plates and 6 forks. I really don't get it. Because supposedly I got the 16 pieces of chicken. But this review I gave 3 star service to any loyal customer. But I really don't care as long they keep serving...
