I had a very bad experience at Starbucks inside Safeway in Nogales Az... 3 days ago I bought a pink drink... and the woman who served me added 1 extra DLL for my drink, because I didn't want ice... which was very stupid. She told me that if I didn't put ice, it was more product... but it's my right not to want ice, so she charged me 7.25 dlls. And when I got to my car I tried the drink, the flavor was terrible... I ask you to do something about it... I love buying drinks at Starbucks, but with this bad experience I don't want to buy in this...
