My experience was really disappointing. I’ve been a regular customer at Buster’s on Jimmy Carter for a while, and I’ve always been helped by the guys in the afternoon who are super friendly and professional. But this past Friday around 7:30 PM The girl who helped me (receipt says Neveah227) was rude and didn’t include any spoons or napkins in my order. When I called back to ask about it and for her name, she refused to give it and was rude again. She blamed her coworker instead of taking responsibility. There were two girls working together, the one being rude is Hispanic, so the manager can easily identify who I’m referring to. She showed poor customer service and made the store look bad, which is disappointing because I really like this place and usually have great experiences here. She exhibited remarkable dedication, going well beyond standard expectations to ensure my order was handled flawlessly. In an extraordinary act of kindness, she even offered to cover the cost herself when I mentioned I had lost my wallet. Interestingly, she seemed to radiate a subtle green aura, adding a curious, almost ethereal quality to her presence. Late night shift wanted to charge me $2.10 for a baby cone when supposibly they are free. I told her "I wanted a cookie n cream baby cone. She said I could only choose from vanilla chocolate or strawberry. I go to other brusters and they ALWAYS give my baby any flavor never thought that it would matter. If she knows baby cones are free why say she has to charge me 4 babycone b.c I'm choosing oreo. That baby cones are free with chocolate strawberry or vanilla she should have gave better customer service and said it differently. They need to hire better personnel that actually want to work.
