Chop Chop — Restaurant in Norcross

So I just order all this food from Chop Chop almost $25.00 worth of food. I asked for ranch dressing with my wings and they had the nerve to say. 5 piece wing cannot come with any dipping sauce or ranch. So I offered to pay for it . They wanted to charge me .75 for the ranch. Then when I wanted to pay for it with my cc, they said no because it would cost them a processing fee. What the?? Ma'am your a business and that's called absorbing business charges!! On top.lf that if I just order $25.00 worth of food from you and paid yiuy, you SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME THE RANCH DRESSING FOR FREEEEEE!!! what the hell is wrong with these crazy business owners treating the customers this crazy way???

The food is great .. but this mistreatment will prob make me NOT shop here anymore. I have 4 businesses.. I would NEVER treat my customers like this.. especially if they just dropped good money with me..What the HELL??? Y'all might wanna rethink going here to eat..it's the PRINCIPAL of the thing for me!!! Really ??? 😡😡

Addendum.... And woooow I just tried to eat these same lemon pepper wings that they WOULDN'T give me some ranch dressing for even when I tried to pay for it AND THEY ARE TEEEERRRRIBLE!!! Tase EXTREMELY OLD... Like they've been refried SEVERAL TIMES!🤮🤮🤮 NOW IM REAAALLY PISSED!!! Not only did you do me an injustice as a customer but now your wings are HORRIBLE and I gotta take em back!!

So I gave them a star because I had to give them atleast one. My friend was starving so she begged me to ordered Chinese. So I went ahead and ordered the teriyaki chicken for lunch and had it delivered to us. The delivery driver was nice, food arrived on time, and it was hot but when I opened up the container which held the food I noticed that there was a large amount of mushrooms mixed in with the chicken. I guess they figured sense mushroom can be blended in with chicken and taste like chicken no one would be able to notice that they were being ripped off. So I called the restaurant and informed them of this matter. Of course beings that Asians can careless about customer service, the guy began loudly stating that he gave me enough chicken and that there was no mushroom in my plate. I got so irritated I just hung the phone up and reminded myself of why I don’t shop at Asian stores, I don’t go to their nail salons, and I definitely don’t go near their beauty supply stores. They just very mean people. And yes I’m aware that my post will be flagged but I don’t care...

prices are not reasonable!!! I GOT CHARGED 17 dollars for a meal that shouldve been 11 dollars on delivery i asked for a receipt and he said they dont give one. Then when i called to originally get my order i asked her to get me the 10.99 order of shrimp, and the 7.25 fried rice which are to separate by itself she said ok ill give u that as the combo because thats what our combo is and i said ok whats the price she said 17 bucks so im thinking its exactly what im reading they give me one box with 6 shrimp. and some SOUR fried rice that i had to argue with her over if it was vegetable fried rice because i asked for that and she kept saying we only do egg but the rice had some broccoli and bean sprouts but noooo flavor, and the sweet and sour sauce didnt help that at all. the shrimp was good and they were close by so i did tip my driver 2 bucks but this is ridiculous like i know what i should've paid for and if this is what she considers a 17 dollar portion meal then sorry this isnt the Chinese place REASONABLE THAT EVERYONE KEEPS SAYING IT IS
