MI BELLA GUATEMALA???????????? LAMENTABLEMENTE se queda muy INSULSO el nombre de este lugar con tan malas experiencias que puedes tener de aquí, LAMENTABLEMENTE al parecer no hay NADIE.. CUALIFICADO, IDONEO, APTO, CAPAZ, EFICIENTE, EFICAZ, PREPARADO Y COMPETENTE que pueda hacer algo por mejorar este GRAVE problema como lo es LA ATENCION, EL TRATO, LA COMUNICACION, EL SERVICIO, ETC ETC ETC... En mi experiencia propia creo que esta vez no tengo que volver a dejar pasar por alto estas faltas que si son GRAVES, y que por lo visto REPITO, NADIE LE TOMA ATENCION... Esta ultima visita a tan agradable lugar, no me contuve a preguntarle a una de las mujeres de ahí que porque siempre atendía así a los clientes de tan mala manera.. y simplemente me ignoro, y quizás fue lo mejor... ok por ahí, mientras esperaba la comida junto con compañía, al lado mío estaba una pareja con un niño la señora se levanto a recoger la mesa para no dejar sucio y desordenado y esta mujer (la que atiende) le dice al cliente (a la señora que comía con su familia)... OIGA SEÑO NO HECHE BASURA EN EL BASURERO (LO SE SUENA DEMASIADO ABSURDO) A lo que la señora responde muy amablemente y algo hasta asustada: DISCULPE... ENTONCES DONDE COLOCO LA BASURA? A lo que la mujer responde: Ahí no la puede colocar no ve que acabo de cambiar la bolsa? si dejo basura ahí, quien reciba mi turno mañana se molestara por dejar basura... ENTONCES...... y OJO puedo entender que sea la manera de dejar impecable para que el otro turno del día siguiente reciba el lugar impecable... PERO... SON LAS PALABRAS ADECUADAS? ES A LA PERSONA ADECUADA? ES LA MANERA DE RESPONDERLE A UN CLIENTE? o en su defecto ES LA MANERA DE TRATAR A UN CLIENTE? ES EL LUGAR DELANTE DE TODOS LOS DEMAS CLIENTES EL ADECUADO? ES EL TONO INDICADO? OBVIAMENTE ES UN ROTUNDO NO. Además; dígame usted si el DISGUSTO no es como para que sea tomado en cuenta. Mi pareja es de Guatemala, voy a ese lugar por dos cosas: Por el y por Los tamales de puerco QUE ME ENCANTAN. PERO, todo esto que Puede llegar a ser ENCANTADADOR Y SABROSO, es ARRUINADO TOTALMENTE por tales personas que NO POSEEN VOCACION, VOLUNTAD, GUSTO, APTITUD O GANAS, para poder atender. Hay cosas importantes en la vida que pienso que no pueden ser pasadas por alto, y que son sumamente DESAGRADABLES, PERDER DINERO. PERDER TIEMPO. Y DEJAR QUE TE TRATEN MAL.

Son muchas las cosas que puedo seguir escribiendo, mas de las reseñas que ya hay en este lugar escrita... y puedo asegurar que ese 70% de las personas que aquí están reclamando, han pasado por lo mismo que yo o por cosas quizás hasta peores que esto.

Sin mas que agregar, GRACIAS a las mujeres que ahí atienden, ustedes Demuestran el tipo de actitudes y trato que nadie como yo, deberíamos de tener con otras personas...

Espero sea tomado en cuenta, y que exista alguien con pudor, decencia y compostura, que pueda reprensentar este bonito lugar y tome seriedad en el tema.
