Our company has purchased several computers from Vision Computers over the years, and every experience has been outstanding. Vision transferred all of our data to the new machines, and each time, the computers were ready to go right out of the box-no issues, no hassle.
We had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Vision Computers early on, and were immediately impressed by his friendly, approachable demeanor and positive attitude. That first impression left a lasting mark. Over time, our respect for the company only grew, thanks to their professionalism and consistent follow-through.
Recently, we decided it was time to find a company that could help us manage our computer network and handle technical issues as they arise. Based on our excellent experiences with their products and service, we turned to the technical support team at Vision Computers - and we're very glad we did.
When we encountered a serious issue involving a blacklisted IP address, which disrupted both incoming and outgoing email for three days, we contacted multiple large tech providers - but none were able to fix the problem. The company hosting our IP couldn't help because the affected email wasn't theirs, and even after spending hours on the phone with our domain host, we still had no resolution.
That's when David G from Vision Computers stepped in. He had asked me to call him back after I had tried the other two providers we worked with, but I didn't get the chance to that evening. To my surprise, David called me first thing the next morning to follow up on his own. I told him the issue was still unresolved. He listened carefully, told me he had a possible solution in mind, and then got to work. David coordinated with the other tech support teams and guided us through the right steps to get the issue resolved.
His follow-through, technical knowledge, and proactive approach made all the difference. He was the only one who stuck with the problem until it was completely fixed. In that, the service by Vision Computer technician David to resolve my problem was uncomplicated, thorough, and complete! I was using CCleaner to 'clean' my files and it also (unexpectedly) also updated my Windows Office 2016. After that, I was not able to open my Word or Excel files. I called Vision tech services and got David. I gave remote access to him for my PC, sat back and let him do all the work. I just watched my mouse go crazily across my screen while he was working his 'magic'. All was completely fixed and running within 45 minutes. I had purchased PC's from Vision in 2008, 2016, and the current one in 2022. Through those years, the very few problems I had, usually caused by something I had done, were quickly and thoroughly resolved by their technicians. The great value in the dependable components they use to custom build your computer with IS ONLY EXCEEDED by the GREAT AND IMMEDIATE SERVICE they provide in servicing the issues that might occur in the software or hardware! Read moreIf your computer is pretty much your life line and business and do not want to worry about issues, spam or a virus, then you need to call these folks! I have been using them now for over 10 years, I have bought 2 systems through them and they made them to fit me and my business. I have them monitor and update my system every week. I rarely have issues but when I do, I call them and I am put on a call with their team and they fix whatever issue I need fixed. They are always very kind and work with me until it is up and running. They never make me feel stupid or like I messed it up, even though at times, I am sure it was something I did. I wish I could give a higher score then a 5 Star! They deserve it. You pay an annual fee that is very reasonable and since they take care of all the spyware and such, I do not worry about having to add that. All I have to do is use it! They take care of the rest!
