Dulces Sueños Cakes — Restaurant in Norcross

If I could give them less than 1 for service I would put 0. This is not the first time I have been let down by this establishment. I went to order food today in the morning which consisted of tortillas. They gave me my food in a bag and didn't tell me to wait so I assumed all of my order was in there. I left and when I got to work I noticed my tortillas were missing. I called them to let them know and they told me I had left before they could give me the rest of my order but I was NEVER TOLD to wait. I told the woman on the phone I would be back around lunch time to pick up the tortillas because I wanted them which my meal and she said okay. Well I get there around lunch time and spoke to the same woman just to be told the person that makes the tortillas had left for the day. I TOLD THE WOMAN I WOULD BE BACK FOR LUNCH TO GET them in the morning so I just drove from my work and wasted time and gas to be told it was my fault. The least they could've done is given me Bolillo for my 2 meals I ordered but the woman AND the owner tried to say it was my fault for leaving so fast in the morning when it was THEIR fault since they never told me to WAIT. This is a review about the terrible attitude about the people who works here I order a cake Yesterday over the phone I went to pick it up and when I walk in I said hi good afternoon to the girl by the register she walk away ignoring me and keeping her conversation over her cell phone the other 2 people bagging up bread behind me they started to laugh so I said is anyone going to help me and this kid walk towards me upset saying what do you want ?? I said I have a order for a cake and he was like do you have the receipt? I said no I order over the phone so he said ok under what name is the order so I said they didn't ask me my ne but I'm gonna give you my name even if you're not gonna find any order under my name bcz they didn't put name in the order he walk away upset saying something and come back with the cake finally and proceeded to the register to pay for the cake I stand there waiting for somebody for a few min until finally the girl come by and charge me for the cake with a terrible attitude like mad or something bcz I did interrup her conversation in the phone bad service terrible attitude not bad comments about the cakes but zero in customer...

Worst place ever the place looks nice when you come any day you’d like everything you want to eat everything I order my cake there for my daughters birthday and they always know to ask for the receipt well they let somebody else take my cake and then will bring it back knowing that that’s their responsibility to check on the cake if that’s theirs and the guy brought it I don’t know how long back and it was open and they gave it to me back with that then I took it back. OK I said that’s fine. Then my sister found some thing inside my cake. It was like a dry strawberry leaf like this place is so nasty I will never ever never ever come here again. The people are coming by here I’m just letting you know you could keep coming but these people I don’t think they even wash their hands the place like I said it’s beautiful the inside and everything ,
