Las Tortas Locas — Restaurant in Norcross

Do not come eat here, the simple truth is that the cashier ARLETH made my day bitter... The cashier ARLETH arrives very angry, she doesn't even say hello ... she grabs and tells you "what are you going to want" with an angry voice... later I grab and tell her I want two fish tacos and she looks at me very angrily and says "what else are you going to want" with her being angry and on top of that she rolls her eyes at me... I grab and give her the order faster and she says "no" do not Go quickly "and again she rolls her eyes at me... I bothered and told her why you roll your eyes that is not the best way to serve the customer and she still has the nerve to tell me that I yell at her when I never raise my voice, however, she raised her voice at me and twisted her eyes... while I was eating, she was looking at me with an unpleasant look and she twisted and twisted her eyes at me... apart from all the customers that came in, I looked at how she treated everyone in a very unpleasant way ... I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS CRAZY PLACE ... ARLETH is a person who needs to have a class on how to treat clients ... as I told hER "with that attitude you will never get to NO...

The food is delicious, HOWEVER, the customer service is awful. They off the bat had an attitude with EVERYONE. They ran out of condiments and I let the worker know and she just looked at me with an awful look. Another customer went up to the cook and asked her about the condiments and she rudely pointed at the table saying it’s there. The customer went to go double check and let her know AGAIN that they ran out of certain condiments. She replied with an attitude. The cooks were speaking profanity in Spanish. Everyone heard their conversation. I’ve never been to a place were the workers just despise their job and treat their customers rudely. Mind you, all these customers were nice. I understand we have our bad days but all 3 of the workers were rude with EVERYONE. Management, please do something. Anywho, the tacos and cheese fries were...

First time here, my order receipt is below in the pics. We ordered the Georgia burrito and Tortas pastor. The strangest thing I saw on the receipt was the "To Go Fee". Due to Covid, you would think most people take it to go. I know they have started opening restaurants a little more, but I have NEVER seen a fee for taking your food to go. Regardless the charge amount, I know its only change, it made me question the place.

Walking in, it was pretty clean and spacious. Once ordering, we waited for our food for 15-16 minutes. Price is standard for dinner, taste of my burrito was okay, nothing great. The tortas was really good. Would have given it 4 stars because nothing was special, but nothing was so wrong. But I gave it 3 stars because of the weird fee that...
