Walked into this place and felt so unwanted and unwelcomed. Felt discriminated. Felt like I walked into someone's home unwelcomed. I've never been this mistreated. When I got in there, there were some other customers and probably the people that worked there speaking Spanish. Even when I got closer trying to see more dresses they kept talking like I wasn't there. To make it worse, there was someone standing in the way so I couldn't even go past them and they gave no care to even move. Even as I got closer. They just continued their conversation in Spanish. I felt as if I was a fly in the room. Not even a hello or how can I help you? Nothing! I have never been treated this way anywhere. Most places you walk in and you get some kind of interaction with the people working there. I felt it was because I wasn't Hispanic or whatever the case may be but someone like me isn't welcomed here. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Especially if you don't look like them. I never leave bad reviews, I'd rather let the place be but this one I had to leave a review. Hopefully the owner or whoever runs this place reads this. Teach people to respect and treat everyone equal regardless of how they look or where they come from. This world is already so cruel at least try spreading positivity. You don't know what someone could be going through. Even if this place is specifically for certain people or certain events at least greet people with some kind of decency. Treat others as you'd want to be treated. I pray the owner and people responsible for this place gets...
Read moreLet me explain. I took my twins to look at dresses for their quinceanera. The lady and guy were very respectful and helpful. We drove 6 hours total and didn't have an appointment, the lady was so nice to see us anyway. My girls tried on 2 dresses a piece. Beautiful dresses! They were going to charge me $100 for them to try on the dresses. The lady and guy discussed something in Spanish and she said only $50. I said aw thank you so much. Then we leave and my twins tell me what they were saying in Spanish. Yes to the Man and Lady and other workers in the store at the time we were. MY GIRLS KNOW SPANISH. So take in everything I just wrote. In our faces they were talking about how I'm white and poor and one of my twins how she is white and skinny. How they need to give me a discount because I can't afford it. The reason I am leaving this is because there is no reason to treat people this way. Especially when you run a business. I would never disrespect anyone the way they did me and my girls. So I am white and a hard working single mom of Hispanic twin girls. And no I can not afford the overpriced $1500.00 per dress. But that does not give you a right to talk so bad about someone to their face. So keep the nonrefundable $50 that you so pathetically charged me and use it on another customer that you will take advantage of. You should be ashamed of the way you...
Read moreThis place is horrible and the Custer service has been terrible for years. My family went to get a suit and they already agreed on a price and everything and on day of pick up they charge you more money. When I said this isn't just we already paid they said they can't do anything and threaten to call the police and I told them go ahead and they got nervous. They tried to even trespass me from the property but that failed because she was in the wrong. I'm glad to see that more people have reported this place over the years. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere even if this one is close it's a scamming place. It be your own...
