RUDE RACIST BLACK FEMALE MANAGER!!!! WONT ADMIT MISTAKES! BLAMES CUSTOMERS FOR HER OWN FAULTS! FILTHY FLOORS AND TABLES!

Went in this location yesterday (3/16/16) and ordered a couple items without issue. Noticed the floors were absolutely filthy with random trash and pieces of food. Clearly apparent that the restaurant was not cleaned up that morning, or the night before. Once I got my food, which included a chili slaw dog, I quickly noticed that ketchup had been slathered all over it. Let me add that I have been eating at Martins chain restaurants for over THIRTY YEARS, frequenting the original location on hwy78 most often, and not once in all those years have they ever served a chili slaw dog to me with ketchup.

Once I attempted to ask the manager to fix the order she immediately became angry, shouted "Look dey always comes wits ketchup, if dey got slaw dey got ketchup" and then stormed off in a side back room while looking at her cell phone. It was then, another employee leaned over from behind the drink dispenser and said to me, "They never come with ketchup, she knows that". A couple of older customers were standing beside me and were also horrified by the anger of the manager.

After waiting for a few minutes with my ketchup laden hotdog sitting on the counter, the manager resembling Imani Perry, stormed out of the back and snatched the hotdog up and slammed it in a trash can behind the counter. She then yells "Aww but he don't want none of dat ketchup" while slapping chili on another hotdog and literally squeezing half a cup of mustard it. Then slammed it down in front of me and said "There..." And stormed off again in the back room.

It was completely obvious why I was treated like I was by the manager, and it was because I did not share the same skin color as the manager. It's apparent that because of my pale skin, I am not allowed to receive fair and courteous treatment at this location. It's horrible that I must avoid this location, and spend my money somewhere else that doesn't judge me by skin color. I will be contacting Martins headquarters in Powder Springs...

(2022) I like this place and the food but customer service is everything. I said I need grape jelly after I ordered my food, and a girl with a bad weave, taking orders, said, "Just tell me when you get here at the window because you telling me now ain't gone help me remember."

Now y'all tell me if that's how you're supposed to respond to a customer. You can say the most innocent things and people can still be so rude. That's why the world is the way it is because of people like her.

Update 2023 (a whole year later) The food changed. The chicken biscuits don't taste the same. The breakfast mixer bowl is still good but it's not worth coming here. I can make my own eggs, grits and cheese together at home with nobody disrespecting me. I asked the woman for 8 grape jellies. I ordered 2 chicken biscuits, 2 mixer bowls and two large lemonades. The woman told me due to their policy, they can't give me 8. And that I only ordered 2 chicken biscuits. How are you going to tell me how I eat my food? I put jelly in my mixer bowls too. I'm from the country and we put jelly in those grits. But I said I don't want to argue over grape jelly. I said whatever you can give me is fine. She said, I gave it to you. I gave you 9. This is why people lose customers. I spent almost $30 for two people here and I have to argue with you about grape jelly? I'm good. I can't come here anymore. I've was about this place by an ex in like 2018 or 2019. It's not worth it. I'd find another location or just make it at home. The food doesn't even taste how it used to for them to have attitudes like that. It's...

Happy Saturday I know everybody out here enjoy this Saturday so beautiful in Atlanta Georgia. Let's get to it this place is great it's not too many locations that I know one is on Mount Zion fall down past the mall I'm going on when you get in front of the mall and get off the exit go farther down this on your left hand side cross the railroad tracks on your left this other one was close to Smyrna I think it was out his father done waiting going to Smyrna I was just ride and I found this place and there's not many but they're very delicious I love their breakfast bowl with the grits and egg and cheese you can add sausages if you want to but they come to each order I've had two hot dogs very good slow french fries everything is to my liking the two desert everything is to be now you going out on a night of those town I'll be coming in to Atlanta you want to grab that especially if you going to be partying it'll be a good source of something on your stomach to the alcohol that great feeling of still I ate well in certain time and it was delicious and I am ready for tonight so guys go check it out turn up eat well and have fun with life be safe...
