I’m new in the community, and for 3 months I’ve been a customer at this location; while I enjoy sharing with some customers; as I sit in close proximity with them. Getting up sometimes going to buy my favorites all times of my day!
Most of the employees here are customer friendly; which helps me to feel comfortable when I choose to eat inside, Sometimes I do take outs. I’ve spent quite a large budget here.
I’m writing this review , because of one of the cooks named Stacy; because every since it was addressed to her that my chopped cheese state had been saturated with salt; I believe she took it personally when I requested it to be made over! I’ve bought many of this dish; and no cook was as heavy handed with the salt; as this cook named Stacy! Every since that experience I tell them to all no salt; because I’m fine with the taste, because it has cheese, snd butter on the bread; which makes it perfect for me!
I’ve been patronizing waffle houses in Georgia regions for years; but never ever in my 63 years of life; have I felt so uneasy with a cook handling my food; with such a bad unfriendly customer service attitude!!!
I’m writing this report, because when I addressed the problem she took it personally, and I noticed a vibe about her. She did remake my sandwich, but with an angry attitude!
I’ve been there many times since that experience; but my recent experience was ridiculous!
I believe she was looking for some type way to get at me!
threatened me; then said she will call the police on me!
I’m no threat to anyone in the community! I asked her would she treat her mother that way, and if she had a bad day? My question of probing to maybe try and help her mental state; made her more angry; then she literally kicked me out the restaurant threatening to call the police!
everybody in this community been very kind; as I’m a kind 63 year old grandmother; whose respectful to all the people I meet! This employee need anger management; because her personality handling people food not good at all! I’m afraid for her to ever cook for me again; thinking she might poison me! She slangs people food around, and never smiles! She has real mental issues! I feel so embarrassed as this not how I present myself in communications with community’s I go in, and out of. I like to be comfortable going to businesses where I’m welcome! I’ve spent over $600.00 in this one location alone! I have receipts, but long as this location have this type personality named Stacy working angry over my food; I will never return, so whoever the owner is; I want you to know; that I didn’t know that employees name; till I started sharing my experience to others in my new community of Norcross, and discovered others had similar experiences with this person; Wow! I don’t have high expectations of people in customer services; nor nitpick, because of my calm peaceful type personality; but this one severely different in how she mistreats people! I choose to write this review in hopes of letting the owners administrators know to be careful whose representing your business; and having angry personalities to your business! We all can have bad days at times; but this person rewriting that saying . I believes she hates her job! I would love to support this business, and enjoy going into the Waffle House convenient to me, but this employee makes me uncomfortable coming back again! End the end of the way I was treated for the first time in many years I choose to not finalize my order; because of the way she talked to me! I even tried to get employee Robert to tell her what a nice lady I am; and before Robert could say anything she pushed him to the side, and would let him say anything; after asking me did I want my fresh coffee, and my chocolate pie; that when I told her no; then that’s when she threatened...
Read moreIt's waffle house, I get it. It's not a fine dining restaurant. But you still expect a certain level of service when going there especially when you have been to so many that were just better than expected.
Well this visit was not one of them. This was my first and last visit at this location. The place was not very busy. Had several seats and booths available. I sat at the high top. The server walked passed and mumbled something to me, I didn't understand and kept on waking. She walked like she was dragging her feet and exaggerated her steps. Like a child would walk when told to go to the corner for time out. She finally came back and asked what I wanted. I placed my food order. Normally when you first get there they take your drink order. She did not do that. After almost turning around she asked "oh... do you want something to drink?". I asked for coffee and water. She went to go get my coffee and came back and went to walk away. I asked for cream... She rolled her eyes and walked to go get it. As she came back she tossed about 6 or 7 creamers on the table at me in a rude and disrespectful manor like I troubled her and she continued to walk away. She walked into the restroom where she remained for about 15 minutes.
The manager has to bring me my food and refill my coffee throughout my meal. Only once I was almost done did the server reappear. She took one plate that I was finished with. She really acted like she hated her job and showed zero professionalism. Sadly when I paid for my meal I asked the manager if the tip was going to go to her. She said no, it would go to the server and moved her eyes in the direction of the server just standing by the grill. I said "why?". So for the first time I did not leave a tip. I normally tip about 30 percent or more. But this time... She did not earn it.
You are not entitled to a tip simply for taking my food and drink order. When the tip amount is left up to the customer, the server will be judged on how well she served. In this case, she did not earn one. Sorry but not sorry. Try having a better attitude. Try walking like you have a purpose. A smile and uplifting tone would be nice. And be attentive to the customers in your station. Had you done at least one of those, I would have left something besides...

I heard the waitress call my order out to the cooks correctly however she handled the wrong order to me (I asked for a plain Texas cheesecake sandwich, I got one with all the toppings). I told her it was wrong and she told me she wouldn't charge me for the toppings. It would have been much better if she would have just requested to make my sandwich correctly but she didn't even care to ask. Then she finally brung out my waffle and it was hard and close to burnt. She thought I was actually going to eat it. She saw it was brunt too and asked if I wanted another, which I politely said yes, but she should have known to bring out another one. Then, I told her that the two of us are on different tabs and she caught an attitude. But she had never asked. She was calculating the total sitting beside us. So we just went ahead and paid together just to make her life easier, as if we weren't the customers and we were trying...
