I really wish that there was a way that I could give them less than one star. The employees at the shop are extremely rude/unprofessional and this was one of the worst Customer Service experiences that I've ever had. I brought my watch in for repair and the man had to re-glue a piece onto the dial of my watch face. When the watch was given back to me I noticed there were glue and smudge marks all over the black dial face. He told me that he would not fix the mistake and that there was nothing I could do about it. I had to pay the fee just to get my $800 watch back, I tried to figure out a solution and told the man that search engine optimization means a lot to businesses and bad reviews could cost him business. He responded saying that he didn't care and he didn't have a website so that really wouldn't matter for his business anyhow. Apparently he doesn't understand how Google reviews actually work.
