The every day to day employees here are amazing especially in the evening. I come in at least once or twice a day. However yesterday when I came in around 5 something I was highly offended by who I believe is the district manager I could be mistaken he is African American with a blue shirt and accent. Now he was leaving when I arrived he saw me and chose to come back into the store and address his employees to not allow me to sit for to long! I felt like I was judged for living in the hotel and walking now I always order food when I come inside! I never stay to long but I do use the free WiFi to get some emails sent while I’m there. I’m also a shift manager at Taco Bell and would never talk about my customers or force someone out of my (fast food) restaurant. It was very rude today I go in for breakfast and hes here again almost made me want to turn around and leave. I have been in restraint management for 3 years both sit down and fast food and I would never treat a customer like i was yesterday by him! I’m 5 months pregnant so I may be emotional however I am a paying customer and if you don’t want me to sit in here and use your internet don’t offer it! And do not judge a book...

You pull up to the drive through and can't understand a word they are saying because they're talking so fast and before you can complete your order they're telling you to pull up to the window. They continuously talk over you while you're trying to continue your order as well, acting like you're bothering them. This is usually the lady with the dyed red or pink hair. She is so rude every time I've been there!!!! Then you get to the window and they don't even speak to you, just laugh and giggle with each other and literally throw your food at you. Have tried multiple times to give them the chance for my business but this is every time I go here it's always something. Not professional service at all and i will not be going to this location ever again and will be sure to steer co-workers away as well. I WILL be calling corporate about this location as well. Read moreExceptional performance and service from the drive thru this morning. The food was sub-par, but the drive thru person made the experience more than just bearable, she made it awesome! With her attentiveness to detail, great attitude, quick proactive thinking, great personality, and professional behavior, she is an asset to your team. I did not receive free food (didn't want/ask for it); nothing out of the ordinary was talked about; I do not "like" her; I'm not her friend/family member; and there wasn't much of a conversation. Just within the little interaction, I could tell she was all of the above by the way she carried herself, carried on our brief conversation, and the level of professional attention. Will be coming again and will be expecting the rest of your team to be at the same level in their positions from management down ie: make sure the French toast sticks aren't hard and soggy at the same time... like...
