Prime Wings — Restaurant in Peachtree Corners

I’m being nice giving this place just one star. First things first, 🗣 THE FOOD WAS TRASH, GARBAGE. So I had a hankering for wings and found this place on yelp. The reviews weren’t bad so I decided to go forward with it, AS WELL AS 3 of my coworkers. I placed a fairly large order, apparently too large to get the order correct, (2) 20 piece wings, (2) 10 piece wings and a Philly with one of the 10 piece wings. I placed the order over the phone and to make things easier upfront I told the girl on the phone each meal is a combo and each meal is all flats.... When I got to pick up the food. 2 of the 4 meals had no drinks, when I asked for a those drinks the younger girl gets defensive NO YOU ONLY HAD DRINKS FOR 2 of them. Ok, I know what I said but OK, so I purchase two more drinks......I get the meals and there’s 3 fries but 4 meals..... so I ask if this fry is to be split amongst 2 people and she then says something in Spanish to the older lady who then in return responds to me in a VERY COMBATIVE TONE, Only 3 of them were combos, but wait, earlier only 2 of them were combos so which is it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & to add insult to injury TERRIBLE FOOD. Every order was fried crispy. Out of those 60 wings maybe 10 AT BEST were friend crispy. I DO NOT CARE IF THEY WERE GIVING AWAY FREE MEALS, I would not eat there.... I do not care if this was the last place on earth to eat and I was starving...... THEY WOULDNT GET A DIME OUT OF ME!!! And I suggested this place to my coworkers and they actually ordered food here based on my word.(all four of us came to the same conclusion, the food was DISGUSTING) how...

I’ve been a regular customer for years, before the renovations and current owners. I really wanted to give this 5 stars because my wings are ALWAYS boom! Never complaints about my 10 wings! But tonight I am not happy with my experience. I always order for pick up and always have, but I feel like I was mislead and the prices are misleading. Yes they are posted but customers ordering over the phone should be made aware of additional charg. I am one who gets the same thing religiously, everytime (Never have to use the menu) I order so I’m never alarmed by the total when I get there. Tonight I ordered something different (added shrimp f/rice) which I know would change my total a little, but to be charged $17 for a $12 plate and $14 for a $8 plate was beyond what I expected! The fact that you guys charge $3.50 extra for shrimp fried rice on top of the combo price and Im not made aware of that over the phone is wild to me and misleading. Your prices are your prices, but atleast make sure I’m aware of EXTRAs over the phone before I arrive. I’ve never paid over $25 max for 2 plates, tonight I paid $32!!!! Before I can look at the menu I had already swiped, Then he pointed to the menu as if it was in my car while I was driving 🙄 totally disappointed with the customer service tonight. I come here because the wings are great but tonight’s customer service may have turned my taste buds off from prime wings.

I can’t make this up, while sitting in the parking lot I observed 3 ppl & a dog enter the restaurant. At first I was like the young woman working would let them know the animal ain’t allowed in the RESTAURANT where they sell FOOD & where people EAT FOOD. I understand the whole service animal thing but this is why it should be band. Because I have a whole video that clearly shows the dog on the table. I immediately called and canceled my order and let the young woman know that, no matter what that is never acceptable in a restaurant that serves and sales food. Make me think if y’all allowing that, then ain’t no telling how your handling my food or anyone’s else’s food for that matter. LOST WHAT USE TO BE A GOOD CUSTOMER … cause ain’t no way SMH… plz know I had to put at least a star rating in order to leave the review but they don’t deserve no kinda rating for that. Just made me realize I need to start cooking at home cause it shows you can’t trust these...
