Stumbled upon this little gem while car shopping in Norcorss, Ga. If you are in the area and hungry for some good ol Chinese, head over to Hibachi. The hospitality alone is worth it ! For instance...i got served by a very lively character who calls herself crazy Amy ! Man, she was a riot ! Never short on a quick retort, crazy Amy serves up her special brand of customer service. She i very hospitable, but be warned...this diva doesn't take any sass. Everyone there had big smiles, and was open to conversation while you are waiting. When we left they actually lined up (cook and all) and waved us good bye. THAT NEVER HAPPENS nowadays.
The food was what you would expect from an Americanized Chinese joint, but was well cooked and tasted delicious. My sesame seed chicken actually looked like chicken ( a plus). The value was actually really good too. A lunch for two was around the $12 - $13 dollar mark(including one drink). It included a main dish, rice, egg roll...(and get this) a drumstick. It was weird to me at first, but it actually went well with my food. I felt very full after we were finished. I actually had enough for later. If you are there during the week be sure to catch there special $3.99 meal. Not sure what it is, but Amy told me i would like it, LOL.
The decor is pretty clean, and has a nostalgic feel to it, I guess since i grew up around places like this. Typical Chinese decorations, but well placed and clean. They had a TV for customers which makes me wonder why there isn't a TV in every casual restaurant like this. The bathroom...didn't work. But i have seen much worse in more reputable buffets, and plus im a guy so i really didn't care. When i asked for a refill, Amy actually made a joke that the bathroom is broke as to deter too many refills, LOL. Again, i love someone who can make a joke out of anything, and turn it around on me.
Overall my experience was awesome. Would i drive out to Norcorss just to see Amy ? Nah ! Probably not ! But if i lived there, i would definitely be a regular... If not just for the entertainment. These places are supposed to be about laid back fun, and light dining and thats what i...

The Lomein is a standout with its unique taste and spices that will make your taste buds dance. The beef broccoli is cooked in a sautéed sauce that is packed with flavor and will leave you wanting more. The General Tso Chicken is another highlight, featuring a savory sauce that is rich with chicken flavor.
Overall, this restaurant may not have fancy decor or ambiance, but it truly shines when it comes to the quality and taste of the food. If you're looking for an authentic Chinese dining experience, this is the...
