Me and my husband came here to visit while we were on the road, and I must say I expected better from Arbys. Being a former GM for an Arbys, I couldn't be more disappointed than I am now. Coming in and seeing the nostalgic feeling of what Arbys once was, was quite warming but dealing with the little to no staff is what brought this whole what should of been a great experience into a terrible one. The lady at front cash seemed to be poorly trained and didn't complete guest deserves our best section in the training hub was not attentive to us as a customer. I was sitting down and observing while my husband gave her our order. She then took the order with a very bland attitude and did not even suggest anything to us. Nor did she greet us coming in or even acknowledge him or me while waiting for the order. Did not hand my husband our drinks, instead just keeps taking orders and ignoring him altogether. It took my husband to repeatedly ask for our drinks for her to finally acknowledge him then lied telling him that the 3 customers she took care of after him that they came before him when simply that was not true. So, today I pull into the drive-thru. 1 car at the window, 1 car cut me off going the wrong way in front of me, and now, 1 car behind me. I get the the mic, and I'm asked to "hold on". I waited, and waited, 10 minutes. I can't get out, so, I'm held hostage. I ordered a med curly fry, and med tea, no longer in the mood to eat. I got a small fry, burnt, cold, and over seasoned a tea, with 2 ice cubes. I asked for Horsey Sauce, and got 4 ketchups. For this I paid $7. I asked for my receipt. "Oh, my receipt printer is down,.. but I could go in the back and print you one. 🤬 Yes, please. Nobody acknowledged me standing for at least 5 minutes until I said something first. Then they told me that my mobile order was not ready yet. So I proceeded to go to the car and wait another, maybe 10-15 minutes. When I walked back in there was a tall skinny Caucasian manager who I spoke with to get an update on my order. When I spoke to him he was very dismissive and he told me that somebody had already picked up my order.
