Poor customer service. Theres a sign with their hours right next to the register and it says 7pm. I walk up at 5:58 pm and at first noone even acknowledges me for a minute. Then the girl finally speaks and tells me all they have for tonight is what's in the case. Its literally two lonely pretzels sitting in the...

Went at 7 they close at 8. They had two pretzel cups, 3 pretzels and refused to make anything else.... so we begrudgingly picked from what they had which after tasting we regret as they had probably been there for hours, we got cheese which was cold and no napkins in the bag... complete...

Poor customer service, we had ordered some mini pretzel bites when they had none made and they said they take 25 min and gave snarky attitudes, ended up taking almost an hour to finally get us the pretzels we had ordered, if want to get items here make sure to get what they have...
