Cal'z Pizza, Subs & Wings Five Points — Restaurant in Norfolk

If i could give 0 stars i would. I go in to calz order some pizza its comes out to 5$ too much i even bring it to the cashiers attention ( ANDREW) he tells me thats how much it alwaYs is. Mind u i always get pizza from calz n never had a problem. He refused to really listen to anything i said so i just paid for it & figured id call to speak to someone else. I call the next day n speak to a manager explained what happened he said i could come in n get some slices to make up for it. I come in today w my son to get the slices im owed. The same disrespectful kid ANDREW is there. He said im not giving you anything you should have came back that day. I told him i called n spoke to a manager. He said i work 6 days a week you didnt call. I was here. He DISRESPECTED me for about 5 mins in front of my son too! A manager informs me to come back to get it fixed. Instead of an apology me n my son r disrespected! I will call corporate every day until something is done for the way he treated me! Never in my life have i met such a nasty rude individual. I wouldn't bless this store w/ your business. And if you do check your receipt. Even if u do check your receipt they still wont acknowledge there mistake and fix it. That place is a joke. Decided on this restaurant because I have gotten Calz once before by the naval base and it was great. Wrong choice tonight. Spent $114 on a family order. I ordered in store. After ordering and confirming several times what my order was I wait. When I got my order it was all packed up nicely. I asked the gentlemen if I needed to verify it. He assured me he has been doing this for 10 yrs. Get home. Wings were boiled ! I thought I was ordering fried wings ! I was missing two items from the order and one order of wings was wrong. I called the store. Spoke with two people. Ended up with the MANAGER. She needs customer service refresher twining. I asked if they could deliver the missing items 1.2 miles away. They assured me they was on the way. 40 mins later I called back and was told the order was on its way. 20 mins later the 2 missing items show up along with some sauce to finish cooking my own order. The delivery guy was great and very understating. But what concerned me was the store asked for him to bring back any additional orders I received. First of all I didn’t receive anything extra and why would you even want boiled wings cooked an hour earlier back. Regardless if I would have gotten anything extra I would have sure returned it. My wife ordered a sub from here and asked for only turkey lettuce mayo and cheese. She received the sub and it had black pepper. We called and they remade it and brought a new one back out and took the old. We called back because the second sub had pepper on it as well. After a few minutes of waiting the manager comes on the phone and my girl says she just wants her money back. He states he watched them make it and there was no pepper on it. He then said we needed to take several pictures and send to his phone because he didn't believe us. They take the old food back what did we have to gain by calling? My wife is allergic to pepper among many other things and this is a huge issue and when I said that in the background he proceeded to laugh like it was some sort of joke so I got upset and started yelling and he then said I was not welcome to call anymore. We order food from here all the time and because he wanted to act like people's health is a joke I'm stuck with food she can't eat and can't get my money back from this rude manager.
