Where do I start with our visit to this Chilis. HORRIBLE is being nice. Party of 4 with an toddler walk in and maybe 4 other tables were occupied in the restaurant. The host, who we would later find out was actually the manager Kenny, was on his phone when we walked in. He seated us promptly but that was the best of the visit. He said heād be back with us in a minute. He walked by several times after and never made eye contact again. After about 15 minutes someone finally came to take our drink order while he was walking by and he comments to the server that he meant to take our order but someone was always in the bathroom from our party. After placing and receiving our beverage order we sat for another long length of time with several servers including Kenny walking by without making eye contact while we observed many times them in the kitchen sharing videos or texts from cell phones with each other. Finally after getting up and going to the kitchen to ask for drink refills someone came with refills and took our order. We ordered 2 appetizers and a pasta dish as well as a kids Mac and cheese. After 30 minutes we received our meals and it was obvious that they had sat in the hot window for Lord knows how long⦠the sauces had formed a hard skin on the pasta as well as the chicken appetizer. After several minutes the server realized that we didnāt get the kids Mac and cheese and we overheard her yell in the kitchen āwhereās the Mac and cheeseā, finally that was brought out. Again, having to wave the server down for drink refills and having to ask her to remove the empty glasses and chips/salsa dishes from the table. Numerous times during our substantial wait, we would notice Kenny and several servers looking at each others cell phones, or Kenny standing at the hostess stand staring at his cell phone. After paying for the meal, the waitress inadvertently did not return our card and upon getting up to ask for it she realized it was left in the machine. When we handed her the credit card folder with the signed receipt we had put a line through the tip section intending to leave cash on the table when we noticed the manager along with several of the servers in the doorway of the kitchen looking and laughing at the signed receipt and our server holding up the receipt and appearing as if she was posing for a picture and pointing to the tip section of the receipt. As a previous server myself at this point I had to get up and speak to Kenny myself as well as our server. It was disturbing how our server had her backed turned to me as I was speaking to Kenny about the unsatisfactory service that was received. We waited during the entire meal and hoped that the service would get better and we were severely disappointed with the service as well as the quality of the food. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI will NEVER come here the employee told my friend to move or she was going to hit her in her face and told her don't make me put my bag down and then another employee told my friend to move across the store before something bad happens to her and all my friend wanted was the food she order online for curbside she waited outside for her food the app told my friend food was going to be right out and other 10 minutes passed so my friend went inside and was told they don't do curbside then threatened by two employees Mercedes and Vada and then she spoke to the manager and he told her that it was no big deal that she was threatened and told her that he was sorry for the inconvenience and told her that they do not give refunds his name is Christopher Banks he is the operations managers I heard the whole thing was told that corporate has to give her back the refund so she did not get her money she did not get her food and the corporate ladies name is Katrina that would be responsible to giving her back her refundunfortunately my friend had to deal with racism because she was white and two of the employees were black don't get it wrong I'm a black woman and I believe that these two employees did discriminate against my friend and so did the manager this is unacceptable and needs to be dealt with appropriately and apparently the food was on the bar the entire time and no one told my friend or handed it to her they told my friend they did not know where her food was and then the manager said he did not know what was even going on this is unacceptable and unprofessional and my friend was told that since the girl was off the clock there was nothing that they could do about it but she was still in the business and still in her Chili's uniform so therefore she was representing Chili's and this needs to be handled appropriately it is a shame that this is how people treat people when they come into your place of business and I hope that this post is taken and I will be calling the better Business bureau about this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered curbside & it was never brought out to me. I went inside to pick up my food when I was told they dont do curbside at that location. I asked why the app doesnāt reflect that. They said dunno. They went in the back to find my order when a worker comes out of the back & told me to move or she would punch me in my face. I asked her to repeat that & she said it again. Another employee comes & tries to āholdā this girl back & told me to go over by the front door b4 something ā happenedā to me. A male āmanagerā comes out & asked what the issue was. I explained my order wasnāt brought to me & two female employees threatened me. He said she didnāt touch me so he didnāt see any problem. I asked for my money back, he said they donāt do refunds at that location. I asked for both female employees names & his name so I could call corporate. He gave his name Christopher Banks & the 2 females Mercedes & Veda. I left w/no food, no refund & threatened by 2 female employees. This manager did absolutely nothing. They thought this was funny to disrespect, threaten physical violence & steal my money from a person theyve never meet. They could have apologized for not bringing out my order, gave me a refund or a gift card & I would have been on my way. Someone needs to do something about the girl would tried to punch me in the face b4 she ends up hurting someone. The manager needs customer service training. Customers donāt come to Chilis expecting to have to defend their lives. This is unacceptable & hopefully wonāt...
