negative stars should be an option.. if so, they get a -5⭐ from me.. placed my order online 30min before closing, arrive at 12a and am told my order was voided bc its 12a (which is when they stop making orders and start closing down).. i asked how is my order voided out when i placed it 30min ago online.. lady repeats herself.. confused, i said, how is it that my order is not ready to go of yall are supposed to start making it once the order has been placed?.. again, all the lady does is repeat her 1st response which is Not an answer to any question i asked!.. i am frustrated with this place and they can absolutely count on losing my business.. its irritating af when you have people working at a place of business specializing in the restaurant business, a chain at that, and it is so fuxn clear that thee only concern they have is going home.. their website guarantees that you will still be able to pick your order up as long as the order is placed by 12 midnight.. i was knocking on the door of domino's at 12am for entry, and this is when the diligent employee began to make it clear that she was not concerned at all about my order, my time, my travel to their location, and most of all, my satisfaction.. i now see this location have received a lot of bad...
Read moreI wish I could give 0 stars! I had a terrible experience Fri 12/4. I placed an order through the app for PICK UP, when my sister arrived to pick it up she sat outside for 10 mins before calling me to ask why they haven't come out yet. I proceeded to call the store & was informed by the man who answered that my food had gone out for delivery with the driver. He put me on hold a few times & seemed confused but confirmed my food was with the driver. I in turn told my sister to leave after she sat there an additional 10 mins waiting for my response. 15 mins passed & I called the store again to see where my food was & again was informed it was out with the driver, at the point I asked to speak with the Manager. I live 10 mins max from the store. After expressing my frustration to the manager on duty (who refused to give her name) she then confirmed my food had been sitting in the store the entire time, by now it's been an hour or more my family & I had been waiting on dinner. Long story short the professionalism or lack thereof is beyond me with this store. I've never experienced this issue & order Domino's quite often.
