5 Points McDonald's (,drive though) order the bacon egg and cheese sausage biscuit ,two ice teas and a cup of ice.(simple order) They tried to charge me .85 for small cup of ice. The cashier fix that she said I would receive my receipt at the next window with my order. I pulled up got my order got my receipt and pulled off as I was driving to my destination I noticed that the bacon egg and cheese was a sausage egg and not a bacon cheese . I had to call three times before someone answer the phone I spoke to a young lady named Liz explain her what the problem was three times. (I think everybody can figure the problem out) and I was charged $2.+ more for something I didn't order. HER solution was , they would just take my name down and when I come up there they were just give me another sandwich. I'm not a McDonald's fan for REAL and I'm hungry, so this was not making me happy. I took the order back I asked for Liz , Liz didn't want to come out , she was too busy. I just wanted my money back and she said "well I'm only going to refund you for the sandwiches ". SO I SAID I want All my money and the two Iced Teas are going to be free because of my time and having to turn around on it and my gas. And I still have to get some more food. She was not having IT. I said I persuaded her to see things my WAY, SHE was mad , but I was RIGHT AND a customer. Again she didn't like that but , she refunded me all of my money. As she's refunding me my money she telling me I can't come back to the McDonald's anymore . I'm puzzle now THIS is 5 Point McDonald's , I explained to her just TOO MANY McDonald's out here too for me to worry about this particular McDonald's , but let me ask you something: YOU'll got my order wrong you and unconvinced me AND you mad. You' re mad about two cups of tea , that maybe costed Y'ALL WHAT? $0.25 if that . THAT'S my money and I'm going to spend my money on what DIDN'T order NOR what I didn't ask for . you're going to treat me fairly. I will be back to that McDonald's BECAUSE, you can't tell me I can't go back to a McDonald's. I was never disrespectful that was your MISTAKE on it. WELCOME to 🇺🇸, EVERYONE SHOULD...
Read moreI was trying to order in drive thru, and instead of waiting for me to finish, she cut me off to tell me that they "don't have double hamburgers" and made me reiterate "a double cheese, no cheese" as if that's not redundant and exactly the same thing to say, just more complicated. And then, I didn't even get to finish my order, so there were toppings on it I couldn't even eat. In good faith, I still tried to take a bite from it, but the overwhelming taste of nothing except mustard, ketchup, and onions was disgusting. I didn't swallow any of it, I ended up just having fries and no drink for dinner that night. If I can't even get a word out without being rushed and corrected as if I never worked at McDonald's before and don't know exactly what the menu they type on looks like, I won't be coming here again. Genuinely gross attitude she had toward me, and I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or what, I try not to be "that customer" cause I get it, but I think her attitude was uncalled for fr considering I was just trying to make sure I could eat something that night. And they forgot my dad's whole milkshake, like, that's a whole, expensive specialty drink they just conveniently forgot to give him after having an issue with me. Not to mention, they always mess up my order somehow, every single time we go there. This particular restaurant...
Read moreI placed my order via the drive thru and at the end of placing the order, I inquired as to what it would cost for a large cup of ice. I was told ice was free. Upon reaching the window to receive my food and ice, the young man who was in the window stated I can only get a small cup of ice when I was willing to pay full price for the large cup of ice, which is why I inquired in advance. As I was speaking with the worker in the window he closed the window on me to confer with the person behind him. When he opened the window again, I told him how rude he was and requested to speak with his manager. He said "manager" like he didn't understand what I had said. The gentleman behind him made me aware that he was a manager in training and began to explain company policies to me. I sat there with a smile on my face as I listened to what he had to say intensely. When he finished I simply reminded him that if he's in training they need train their cashiers taking orders so this won't happen again and their line won't back up. Nevertheless I did receive my large cup of ice, but did not appreciate what I had to go through to receive it. After all of this I realized my fries were lukewarm and very scarce. This further confirms why I barely do fast...
