Murphy's Law Southern Grill — Restaurant in Norfolk

First of all I love a dive bar, let's get that out of the way. This place takes it to an entire new level. I sit a the bar to get a drink and some food, the bartender was very nice. The place was empty. Then people start coming in. Three ladies sit next to me and are feeling know pain. They start talking about girl on girl things and smells and such. My food comes and the lady next to me asks for some , so I gave her some 🍟. While eating one girl lights a cig at the bar until told to go to the smoking side. The two left still talking girl hookups, one starts making sounds like she is going to get sick from the smell's of a not so fresh girl. It's wild. I will never go back. One and done. Lots of security and metal detectors, so they are trying...

BEWARE!!! This used to be a cool little spot before the scamming new owners took over. It's hard to tell if those "ladies" are petty/vindictive or if they're really incapable of doing their job.

The last time I went to Murphys, I was overcharged for food & drinks because the bartender didn't split the bill properly, and one of the owners claimed she had no way to fix it - like by voiding the incorrect bill and ringing up the items separately 😒 They're clearly taking advantage of customers by finding ways to overcharge them. Go ahead and look at some of the more recent reviews, other people have been scammed as well.

I've never had this problem at MONA LISA'S next door. Try there if you don't want to be charged for items you did...
