Placed order in drive thru around 430p when I was greeted by a Robotic voice. I placed a #1 with no mayo, med size, Sprite to drink, an all American cheeseburger, med fries, large fries, and I wanted to try their 4 cheese stixs. My order came to $27 something. I asked if the Robot could repeat my order but it didn't so when I went to the window the young lady asked for payment. I then asked her to repeat my order and it was correct except the no mayo on my sandwich. I asked if she could let the sandwich maker know that I don't want mayo on my #1 combo. The young lady said that it doesn't come with mayo. I said ooh okay and handed her my card and aked for my receipt. She said the receipt will be on the bag. I received my food without a receipt and I reached in to grab my sandwich to see if there was no mayo on it. I opened it up and mayo was gooshing out of the sandwich....yuck!!! So I turned around and walked up to the window and the young lady answered..Yes!! I said I wanted this sandwich with no mayo please! The young lady took the sandwich and slammed the sliding window shut. No apologies, No my bad I thought it came without mayo, No here's a apple pie for your wait!! I then waited for 10mins as they continued to make and send orders out the drive thru. I slid the window open asking how long it's going to be cause the rest of my food is going to get cold. The Sandwich maker yelled it's right here in this bag. Too bad my go go gadget arm couldn't reach the sandwich counter. So after he yelled at me I wouldn't be able to digest what he had remaked. I then asked for my money back, I'm guessing my $27 isn't needed here at this Rallys. He said that's fine bring the rest of the food. When I brought the food to the window a person named Jamal assisted with the refund. Jamal said that the money will be placed back on my card 5 to 10 business days. I then asked for a receipt and the young lady had thrown it away when I requested for my receipt earlier. Jamal handed me a receipt with the location and store number. I then asked for the Sandwich maker's name..he yells back M-A-R-V-I-N GENERAL MANAGER!! I said I know how to spell I need to know your last name too? He said "H" he refused and said have a blessed day!! I told him that he needs to learn Customer Service it's people like you who get Raise Increases and then give out rude Service. Well GENERAL MANAGER M-A-R-V-I-N H sandwich maker your management skills SUCKS and you need to be Reprimanded or Demoted!!

I just came in at 12:30. The manager Reggie took my order. He was very sweet from the beginning. The two women making the food had an issue so I could tell something was going on so I pulled out my camera. I recorded them saying if they wanted to spit in my food they would have and when I confronted them about it they said that I wasn't allowed to record them. Not understanding that they have no expectation of privacy in public. They also said they hate when they are watched making food. So I stated yeah because you just said you would spit in my stuff. The name on the receipt is Sandra so I'm not sure if it was her because I didn't get either of their names. Reggie said he was going to handle it but honestly this needs to be raised to corporate and above because those women should not be around people's food. This is disgusting. What is funny is I just posted a good review about this place a week ago and have to delete it because of them. Reggie was great even when I told him what happened, he even said it was unacceptable and that he was going to take care of it. But sadly I don't think those women should be around other people's food saying things like that. I would love to share the video with you the owner so you can make sure they are fired. I will be posting it online as well. If these woman are still there that is disgraceful as a place of business. I would not eat from here. Update: got home and neither Sabrina nor Zniyah, the ladies that were rude and plain unprofessional, put the correct food in the bag completely leaving out the apple pies and I'm allergic to onions and they put onions on both burgers when I asked for none. This was purposeful you can't tell me it's not. I came back to the window to get a refund and Reggie was very sweet about it but he was hesitant in giving up their names which he shouldn't at all because if someone does something like that you should be willing to give out their name so it doesn't reflect badly on you. He handled the situation greatly but when I came back they were still making food which is quite disgusting knowing...

PLEASE DONT EAT HERE!! I GOT HIRED AND COULD ONLY LOOK AT THE FILTH FOR AN HOUR!! I was really done after fifteen minutes but the 2/6 employees there who were working looked pitiful (out of the non-workers 2 were managers and the other 2 were outside) if you’re wondering why you can’t get your burger in less than fifteen minutes it’s because they don’t care! I watched them make the burgers in 10 seconds! They get to it when they feel like it! The kitchen is chaotic for no reason, probably personal dramas, I’ve never seen a place so dirty in my life even what they hold their dishes in is dirty because it’s a container from dollar tree without bottom holes that you can tell they have never dusted out! I didn’t see one person wash their hands on my shift (there was one girl who was there while I was getting hired who was adamant about it she’s probably the best thing they have going) and forget gloves. Every time I drive by here I feel bad for the people there, so I figured I could write a review. I wouldn’t even get a drink from here anymore and they have my favorite sweet tea because nozzles should be soaked every night and these are people who don’t even sweep the floors. No thank you. Anything else horrible? Yes the milkshakes, they don’t clean off the milkshake maker just say no to those if anything else. Oh yeah, boxes of bags of fries. But the bags were popped while sitting in the back freezer. Is that the secret ingredient?...
