Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Norfolk

On particularly great days, I allow myself a trip through Scooters drive-thru, to just top a good day off in a special way. And sometimes, when the day is a just a downer, a warm delicious cup of chai tea can usually raise ones spirits. I could probably find a reason every day, but I reserve a stop for those days its needed, as budget doesnt allow a daily visit. Their coffee is always delicious, quality consistant, lines usually move reasonably fast and you're always greeted by a friendly voice. They are patient if you arent sure which fla vor you are after, and helpfully offer suggestions when asked. I cannot rate any food they offer, as I stick to beverages. I have never had a complaint about them, other than cost. But even at that, they are competitively priced compared to other national coffee shops. So go ahead, just stop, pick from any number of flavors, and go crazy and order that extra shot! ...

Barely drink coffee and not appreciative of being asked if I am the one who always comes and ask what kind of teas there are. Even if I did, why ask me that? Just serve. Hard to be welcomed as a new comer. When I asked how the discount worked she worded it confusingly and leaving me to believe only coffee applied to the discount. I didnt get coffee and only came for tea and a possible discount. I was rushed through before I could question things. So I moved forward, they asked for the card right off the bat. I handed them the card and then asked how the discount works. God forbid, be sure to show them first. I'm not a fan of the customer service to new comers. Only have I gone to Scooters a handful of times and that seems...

Stopped this morning before class and ordered a Bacon Ciabatta sandwich and a drink, as someone who use to work at a Scooters, I’m unsure as to why there was burnt cheese and remnants from other sandwiches on mine? Service was terrible, gal at the window had her hand ready to take my card, had no idea what my total was as she was talking about the previous customer to her coworkers and didn’t look at me once. Will not be spending my money...
