Taco John's — Restaurant in Norfolk

Poor customer service. Ordered two soft tacos and the two girls went to making them before the order was completed. My daughter only wanted meat and cheese. The tossed them and remade which is fine but there was like no meat. Then mine I told him now sour cream. I look back and they putting it on. I say something very respectful. One of the girls grabs it tossed it then grab a tortilla and threw the meat and cheese on it then tossed it wadded up where the put veggies on it. Make my drink walk back for ketchup and ask and the two girls walk right by me standing there. ...

The employees always greet you with a friendly smile as soon as you walk in the door. They are always fast and friendly. They have my meal ready in the time it takes me to fill my cup and grab napkins. These employees make you feel like family. Unlike many fast food places, these people treat you great and always have my order correct with it being fresh and consistent. Not many places act like they care about the customer, but these employees put special effort into being helpful and friendly. These employees make me want to keep...

I appreciate workers showing up for work so that I can grab food to-go, but that does not excuse them to be rude to people spending their $$ at that establishment. Drive thru worker was not pleasant, did not tell me my total, say thank you, nothing when giving me my gift card back. It's just sad that they are making good $$ and don't have common courtesies. Food was also cold.
