Fortunately for me I haven't had the same issue with incorrect orders as other 1 star reviews here. However I can say the service here is absolutely bottom of the barrel. Absurd wait times, nearly 10 minutes before I get to the window to pay with 1 other car in front of me. The staff isn't especially friendly, not rude necessarily with 1 employee being the exception. A manager I believe, an incompetent one at that. Forgot my wallet once and asked prior to ordering if they accepted apple pay, which they did. After handing my phone over so they could tap it and pay, they couldn't get it to scan. Likely due to them holding the phone camera-down, top edge to the reader. Of course it's going to fail, that's not where the NFC chip is in the device. They keep trying and tell me it isn't working. Not wanting to hold the line up I say that's fine, my apologies and ask for my phone back. They try again, nothing. I ask for my phone again. They keep trying, got frustrated and resorted to AGGRESSIVELY TAPPING MY PHONE on the reader hard enough for me to hear it clearly in my car. Again, I ask for my phone back. They keep tapping. I'm at my FIFTH request to get my phone back before they ask if I have a card. Obviously I don't, they then asked if I had another device??? No. Again, I ask for my phone and finally get it. I don't know about y'all but I don't want to my thousand dollar device banged by some incompetent oaf because they don't know how to do their job.
There are two windows also, a pay window and pick up window. You never know which window to go to usually because the pay window is shut off more often than not. After ordering you're often asked to stop short of the window. Having worked fast food before I know that it's to fabricate good line times, whatever, do your thing. However it's especially irritating to do this and sit in that spot for almost 5 minutes after having to wait almost 10 just to order. No one is dining in, there's two cars in the line, why the long wait times for food that...
Read moreI recently visited the Wendy's here and I was completely shocked by the behavior of one of the employees.
From the moment I pulled up to order, this individual was VERY AGGRESSIVE, INTIMIDATING, AND ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL.
Their attitude was beyond hostile—it made the entire experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.
When I tried to place my order through the speaker, they interrupted me mid-sentence with a sharp, condescending tone that left me stunned.
It wasn’t just me either; I could hear them snap at the car ahead of me with the same level of disrespect over a simple question about their order.
When I got to the window, it only got worse—they demanded I pull behind somewhere else in an unnecessarily rude way and continued to act in an unappealing, hostile manner.
EVEN IF THIS WAS A BAD DAY FOR THEM, THIS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
I ended up asking for a refund because the experience was so terrible.
The manager did give me the requested refund, but for some reason, they took my receipt, which I found odd.
Worse still, the management ALLOWED HER TO CONTINUE BERATING OTHER CUSTOMERS without stepping in, chatting away inside and completely ignoring the hostile atmosphere this employee was creating in the drive-thru.
It’s unacceptable that this kind of behavior is being allowed to slide, and it points to a SERIOUS FAILURE IN OVERSIGHT.
No one should feel intimidated just for trying to grab a quick meal.
I’ve always enjoyed Wendy’s in the past, but this experience was so awful that I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS, I WOULD.
This employee’s actions were completely out of line, and management needs to step up, REPRIMAND THEM, and address what’s obviously a neglected problem.

Read moreI made the mistake of stopping in the drive through here Thursday evening. I got off work late and it was about 9:30pm and just didn't feel like cooking. So I figured let's switch it up and go to Wendy's for once. What a mistake.
First thing I want to point out is the customer service or basically lack thereof. The ladies, if you will, that I dealt with, first on the microphone and the 1st window, and then the next one at the 2nd drive through window really need a basic refresher on customer service because they had none and I mean none. They weren't quite rude but it was borderline. Maybe the place is just toxic and is a bad place to work. I dunno.
Second, and if you read my reviews you know this is a pet peeve of mine, drive through French Fries. I ordered a Baconator combo and spring for the large size because I love fries. I get home, go inside and sit down, opened the bag and the fries are half full. So now I've just dropped $8+ bucks and basically have an incomplete order. I blame myself just as much as I blame the restaurant because I should have looked closer before pulling away from the drive through. The bottom line though is that whoever made the order knew it was half full and the person that put that half filled order of fries in my bag had a chance to correct the mistake before packing them in and didn't do anything about it either. Total failure on this Wendy's part and frankly it pisses me off that they do this because most people in a drive through aren't going to bother coming in to correct an order that definitely wouldn't fly at the counter.
I'm done with this place. 1 star because I had to put a star...
