Really bad customer service. Ordered off the kiosk after 2pm inside. The wait was 8 people deep inside all waiting on mobile or kiosk orders. I saw at least 8 employees working and most were focused on the drive thru. Made a $17 purchase at the kiosk for two people and did not receive a receipt afterwards. The charge went through as I received an immediate notice on my credit card. Saw the name on my order hit the overhead screen as they were preparing it. After 15m, went up to see what the delay was. Employees told me that that did not have an order for my name, that my purchase did not go through. I pulled up the charge on my credit card app and showed the purchase was listed as pending since it just occurred. He shrugged me off so I asked to speak to a manager. After. Few minutes he returned and I again asked for a manager and no one came out. A team leader or manger just yelled form the kitchen that I would receive a refund on my credit card as the order did not go through on their end. I asked how did they know that was the case as no one checked the kiosk and came out to talk to me so it left me with little faith that the refund would be processed correctly. We told them that we would take our business elsewhere where it was appreciated. I contacted my credit card company to track the purchase and they stated if I do not get a refund, they will dispute the charge and let me know the resolution in 4 days. We went right next door to the KFC and had a great experience. Great customer service, very short wait and very fresh food. I recommend to avoid this Wendy’s location. Read moreWhere to start. You walk in and there is no AC, so the tile floor is slick and dangerous, or maybe it's just the grease. When ordering I'm informed the ice machine is down so the cashier scoops ice into the cups that came with our meal. The freestyle machine was not aptly named this day, there were only three selections available. Try to get napkins and ketchup for the meal but they had neither. The line of people waiting for food was about seven orders deep, and it took about ten minutes to receive our food, one kids meal and one baconator meal. Finally the food was ready, but when I went to eat my meal I discovered no bacon on my sandwich. I brought it back to the counter and showed the employee, to which she replied "well did you want bacon on it?" I was shocked that I would be asked if I want bacon on my baconator, it's in the name for Christ's sake. They took the sandwich back and slapped two strips on the sandwich. I noticed the floor in the kitchen was covered in trash and food as I stood waiting for my burger to be returned in unsatisfactory condition. Read moreThis was not a good experience. I got a double meal and also ordered a single meal and a double stack. I said double cheeseburger and saw $5 so I said no make it the small one. She argued that all the meals are large sandwiches and asked did I want the meals. I said yes I just want to change the double cheeseburger to a doublestack. She asked 3 times got an attitude and then finally got it right. The food was subpar and not good at all.
Then last time I went inside and they unwrapped my burger after it was made while her back was turned and I could not see what was done. I prayed it was ok. But didn't understand why because he told her it was my double when she grabbed it. The cashier was kind tho name starts with T, just got the order wrong and it was no cheese and he put double cheese. Got it fixed in the back, but it was a vibe that she was irritated. So I decided to not visit any longer. I am not satisfied with the customer service or quality of the food.
