3 to 4 times I have came to this exact Wendy's and ordered the same item. The number 9 which is a bacon jalapeno on a regular bun while the 8 is on a pretzel bun. I asked for no jalapenos and no jalapeno sauce add mayo then ordered another number 9 regular and a baconater. They put both bacon jalapeno burgers on pretzel buns and 1 tiny piece of bacon on the baconater. I called and Emoni who was wonderful wrote on the receipt to have the meal replaced and told me to come back the next day so I did. Then i go to get the replacement order and tell the older woman all the burgers are to be replaced and gave specifics on the jalapeno burgers. She cut me off while I was speaking numerous times throughout this visit and never fully listened. I proceeded to the next window when she came back and asked again what the specifics were. I repeated it and then she didnt fully say it so I chimed in and said and no jalapenos she shut the window. A bald male manager came out with 2 of 3 burgers. I asked about the third. He said you said 2. I said no I told her all the burgers on the receipt. He said there's only 2 burgers on it, I said no theres not the last item is the baconater he then tells to I dont have to be aggressive (mind you I am literally just talking and pointed on the receipt the location of the third burger) and asked what was wrong with that burger. I explained and checked the other jalapeno burgers. In which they still put jalapenos when I asked for none. He said I was confusing the other employees but asking for 2 items to be removed from a burger and said I could just order a double with tanglers. After 3 trips he finally got the order right with horrible and poor service.
Fast food workers have a job. To keep the store clean and cook and prepare what customers order. Not every person is going to just order something and never ask for a modification but I was wrong for asking for a modification. Worst place ever....

I know there is supposed to some minor differences, but they must of thought, "it's close enough." That made this a three star, what makes it a one star which should really zero stars is the fact that the two orders before mine were wrong, not because the person at the register, inputted incorrectly, the person making the sandwiches had attitude and said she thought what she was making was correct. For a good five minutes they argued about why the orders were wrong. The one at the register looked over the order and it was inputted correctly and mentioned to the person making the sandwiches, "didn't you read this?" Instead of apologizing for messing up the order to the person at the register or the customers, the person making the sandwiches just expressed a lot of bad attitude, as if it wasn't their fault. This left the one at the register, standing in front of the customers, apologizing. They remade the sandwiches which is a good thing. The bad thing is that they didn't make new ones. An order of four doubles only had two doubles and two singles and they just opened up all of them, looked through the buns, and slid an extra patty into the missing ones. A kids meal where the mother specifically said a hamburger with nothing on it, she said "bun, meat, bun" and the burger person still messed that up. So of course for myself and everyone behind me, we were thinking to ourselves, "how are they going to mess up our order?" Read moreThe manager at this location has a very nasty attitude she gets up set when she is on the clock and the staff there makes your order wrong I had to bring back several orders due to my items being made wrong added ingredients that I told the drive through worker not to put on my food today I ordered 2 biggie bags and specifically asked for them to not have cheese bacon or mayo got out of the drive thru to check my orders as I usually do because they’re famous for purposely making orders wrong to find that they put everything on my orders I didn’t ask for i went back through the drive to get it corrected and here comes this manager with a nasty attitude talking all Over me trying to tell me what to say I explained to her I ordered the food without the things they added and she slams the window and walks off not to mention i was on the phone and my sister heard the drive through teller repeat what I asked for in my order to me also I asked for barb Que sauce and that wasn’t even in the bag my food was dumped inside both bags all over the place this is one of the worse Wendy’s in norfolk va I only stop here when I’m close and heading home the food is always made NOT fresh fries always too salty and old and the customer service sucks THE MANGER “YOLANDA” IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL you don’t argue with customers about an order made incorrect you fix it and apologize I called corporate and will do so from now on EVERY time I stop here and have a issue with my order because I work hard...
