I have been looking forward to trying this truck out. Ordered online today and knew I wouldn’t be there for 45 mins so I ordered for a specific time. I arrived 3 mins past the designated time I chose on the app. Arrived home 5 mins later. I was so excited to try it based on the reviews!

First, the good. The hummus is the BEST hummus I’ve ever had. It’s very creamy and just delicious. I also ordered a Fried Kibbeh. It’s very flavorful and crispy. I could have easily eaten three of those with a side of veggies and been satisfied.

Now to the reason this is a sad three star review and not a five star.

I also ordered the Falafel Wrap in a tortilla. The only thing I asked to leave off when I placed my online order was tomatoes. After trying the first two mentioned above, I was stoked about the wrap. However, it is a disappointment to say the least. The falafel has a good flavor. However, there is no hummus, no tahini, no onions, and no pickles. There is literally nothing but the ground up falafel and wilted mint. It’s dry and only tastes like falafel. No tang, no creaminess, nothing but falafel. I feel like this was made as soon as I placed the order and not made so it would be hot and fresh for the time I requested.

The guy who works in the truck was sitting in his car looking at his phone when I was standing at the truck waiting for someone to assist me. If you knew a customer would be arriving at any moment given the specified order time, wouldn’t you be in the truck with hot, fresh food? I know it’s hot out but it wasn’t professional since it was a pre-ordered time.

For $10.00 I would expect more than just the promised five falafel balls worth of ground up falafel in a tortilla. 😔

I so wish the wrap met the quality of the hummus and kibbeh. If so, it would have been a five...

I have gotten food here twice. I liked the chicken shawarma pretty well (6/10)

Tried the beef shawarma today. At first I thought it wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't good. I changed my mind about it. It was terrible and I regret eating the whole thing. The meat was tough and felt low quality, it's texture was unpleasant. It was edible, but had a very unpleasant bitter after taste. I won't get it again. (2/10)

Update on the beef shawarma, husband ate his sandwich and said he thought I was exaggerating, but it was far worse than what I said. It was so bitter and sour he ended up throwing it away. I dropped it's score to 2 because of that and the horrible after taste.

My husband had the rice pudding. It was a really small portion for $5 and husband said it tasted old. He would rather I get him the rice pudding from the grocery store.

I liked the spicy garlic sauce that comes on the side. I haven't tried the other flavors so I can't compare.

Son liked the gyro. (6/10)

If I come here again I think we will stick to...

The portions here are big, and they are generous with the meat. The two guys that were working were extremely nice to us and even profusely apologized for making a tiny mistake (they handed me the wrong bag).

I have no idea what kind of bread was used on The Italian, but it was amazIng. Had an fantastic, oily, yet crispy texture. It was great.

Also, the fries were so different than what we are used to. Curious if they are using the oil from the shawarma. Whatever is happening, keep doing it because the fries are great!

This was our first time checking this place out, but we will definitely...

Just went to the grand opening! This food truck is amazing! Everything was delicious and the service was friendly and prompt. You have got to try the fried cauliflower and the rice pudding! The entrees were very good and they had solid fries, but I will be gushing about the cauliflower to everyone! The SAUCES! I would totally buy one of their pudding containers of just the sauces! The one that came with the cauliflower was different than the one that came with the sandwich, but both are excellent! The prices were pretty good for how much you get as well. I will definitely be recommending this place.
