Came in at 2pm on Monday. The lady in front of me ordered then turned around to sit down and realized there wasn't a single clean table to sit at (only 1 table was occupied at the time). I immediately thought she was over reacting. But then she asked for a towel to clean the table. Instead of having another employee clean a table for her, the employee handed her a rag and said, "thanks i guess ha ha"! Then he proceeded with my order and greeted me with, "what do you want". I simply laughed.. so after i placed and paid for my order, i go to sit down but nowhere to sit! I counted 15 tables that were all dirty - still even after the first lady told them so. So, i walked to the counter and told them the lady before me wasn't lying, there are literally no tables to sit at. Finally, the guy stopped what he was doing and started cleaning tables. After i began to eat i heard the MOD (little blondie) tell one of the cooks that she won't let a customer yell at her, loud enough where we could both hear. As i sit here and eat, none of the staff cares about cleanliness. There is food debris(lots) underneath every single table including the front counter - 30 minutes later..
Update: After the remodel, the management must have changed. Operations are much more efficient, the restaurant is clean and the food...

Door was unlocked and dining area was set up for social distancing (ie; signs on every other table that stated the table was closed due to social distancing) We waited at the counter for quite awhile for someone to acknowledge us. The girl took our order and was very polite. Not once did anyone tell us at any point the dining room was closed. My husband went up to the counter and got our food and went back twice for napkins (because we weren’t given any) and sauce. Still not a word was mentioned about the dining room being closed. We were almost done with our meal when an employee came to our table and told us that the dining room was closed. My husband said very nicely “ok we’ll leave in just a sec when I finish my sandwich “. The employee looked at my husband with a very rude look and said ooooooooook. Then she preceded to go to the kitchen and talk to the rest of the staff about us in a very rude manner. Honestly I wouldn’t even give this location 1 star but it made me in order to leave...
Read moreI never seem to get my order right at this location. I went by a few days ago, asked what was on the Smokehouse sandwich, specifically asked for no mayonnaise and it was rung up wrong and slathered in mayo.
So, I called them up when I got home and noticed the mistake and I asked if they could take my name down for a replacement at a later date since I didn't want to get back in my freezing car and waste my gas. The manager said that'd be fine. I go by today and see that their lobby is pretty busy, but the drive-thru isn't. I go to the drive-thru and explain what the deal was and they wouldn't replace my sandwich unless I came inside.
This Arby's just seems like they don't listen to their customers. I was going to be inconvenienced twice just to get the food I already paid for. Hopefully they can train their employees to actually listen to their customers. I'll be going to a different Arby's...
