Well I am tired of it. The quality of service and food is bad overtime lately. The food is sloppily prepared and served. The staff always give the vibe that they are bothered to be there.I go to fast food places for my family as a treat. I am very disappointed in this Braum's every time. It is the closest to me otherwise I'd go elsewhere and probably will from now on. I noticed another bad review on here about roaches. I did get one in a milkshake once from here. Their twist frozen yogurt is always different sizes. What I mean is there is no consistency, we'll order 2 of the same thing but they will clearly be disproportionate. When we point it out we get treated like we're in the wrong or dumb. This time we got one small cup twist and it was more like a mini. We were told to pull up and wait for the food being cooked, but it was cold when we ate it (we do not live that far). The burgers were made with the ingredients just pilled in one spot. The kids burger was ordered as a burger with only ketchup, pickles and tomato, but it came with cheese anyway. My granddaughter does not like cheese but they seem to do that every time. Since we were not in front of the service window we just pulled away and didn't check these things till we got home. Some of us started eating before realizing this and we did not want to go back. So my wife called, being tired of the poor quality and upset with the errors, hoped to inform the manager expecting he would offer to make things right. The manager, Kevin, treated her rudely and did not want to compensate, but only tell her to bring the food back. He eventually and reluctantly agreed to honor something for her next time. After the call he thought my wife hung up but she stayed on listening as he talked trash about her after the call. I am only posting this because i think there needs to be...
Read moreDisappointing Experience at Braum's (I-35 & 19th St.) I wanted to share a recent experience I had at the Braum's location off I-35 and 19th Street this evening, hoping to bring some attention to what seems to be a decline in service and cleanliness. Upon entering to get an order to-go, I was met with a group of employees (about 4-5) gathered at the drive-thru window repeatedly yelling profanities. It was loud, incredibly awkward, and frankly, unprofessional. It took a noticeable amount of time for anyone to even acknowledge my presence, which only added to the discomfort. While waiting for my order, I went to the lobby to get a drink and napkins. The area was shockingly filthy. Dispensers were empty, and there was dried food everywhere—it was clear the lobby hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. What was most disheartening was the general lack of care or apology from the employees. They continued their loud conversation and activities, seemingly oblivious to the impact of their behavior or the state of their workplace. It's frustrating to see such a lack of work ethic and respect for the job. I've been a longtime customer of Braum's, and it's truly disappointing to witness this location go so far downhill. I did call and speak with the manager to report my experience. I felt it was important to share this feedback, not out of expectation for anything in return, but simply in the hope that employees will begin to take their jobs more seriously and show more respect in their workplace. I just hope that if/when he spoke to the employees that they take it to heart.
P.S. I will.add that the employee that was working the grocery side was very sweet, professional and attentive. He was...
Read moreFirst of all... this is a review of the service I have received. Generally, the food Braum's the company serves is good. Their service from location to location, varies. With this location I have to complain that the management is poor. My husband and I recently had fraud on our account from someone stealing our checkbook and writing checks in our name. The thief decided to buy $41.50 of food at this particular Braum's location with our check. The staff did NOT match the name on his ID with the check, did NOT write down his social security number or phone number. This is standard procedure. My husband and I called to speak with the manager, who made us wait 20 minutes to speak with her, proceeded to give us attitude over the phone and tell us it was our fault. Well, whatever practices the manager does not enforce with her own staff is her fault. So she just lost money, the company lost money and that's about to come back on her. I do not recommend this location for your Braum's needs. Go to the one off Porter and...
