BEFORE making the 30 minute drive with 3 children 5 and under,, I called this McDonald's on Ed Noble Parkway to ask if their indoor playground was open. The young lady replied, "Yes." We arrived and ordered food, then went to the indoor playground area to eat. I noticed the sighn that said it was closed but after having called,, I assumed they just hadn't removed it yet. A customer in the lobby rudely stared at us when we went into the playground area. We began eating and about 5-10 minutes later, an employee came into to the area by our table. She very rudely said the playground was closed and that WE NEEDED TO LEAVE. I explained that I'd phoned ahead and was told it was open and she very rudely repeated that it was closed and we needed to leave. I reiterated that I'd been told the playground area was open or we wouldn't have been there to begin with.. Then she said to finish what we were doing and leave.. I explained that my son had dropped us off and we couldn't LEAVE until he returned but that we would move to the dining area when we finished eating. Her lack of customer service skills had already made me mad. She left and about 5 minutes later another woman, I presume the manager, came in to tell us once again that the playground was closed and that we needed to leave. I tried to explain that I wouldn't have been there with 3 little ones if I'd been told the correct information over the telephone. She would not quit speaking the entire time I was trying to talk. My parents taught me manners and to never behave that way but unfortunately, she had already made me furious by being so rude. It became a verbal war, trying to see who could continue speaking over tge other. Thart is NOT my personality as I am normally very quiet, and anyone who knows me can attest to it.. I, will NEVER return to that...
Read moreSeptember 16th, wednesday, 5pm. ordered a travis scott meal, a 10 piece mcnugget meal, and a spicy mcchicken. we were going to eat in the parking lot, luckily so we didn't get all the way home to find out none of our food was in the bag. We realized there was only 1 fry. go back through the drive through, get our fry. go back to our parking space to eat. find that there is NO SPICY MCCHICKEN. go back through the drive thru for the THIRD TIME to show her our receipt and kindly ask for what we PAID FOR. The mean hispanic lady (who seemed to be a manager for god's sake) takes our receipt, shows us the 2 meals we ordered and the chicken sandwich and ACTUALLY SAYS "see? you order one meal, not two. and both fries and mcchicken were in the first bag." Didn't you just say we only ordered one meal? (when the receipt literally shows we ordered 2) So how did you put 2 fries in there if you're so sure we only ordered one meal? liar. I SHOWED HER THE INSIDE OF MY BAG AND PULLED OUT EVERY LAST THING. NO SANDWICH. 1 FRY. If you forget a thing or two, thats fine, however you DO NOT talk to customers the way she spoke to us. I work in fast food too, and believe ME i have been borderline harassed by customers and still give them a smile. I genuinely CANNOT believe this rude, rude, evil person is a manager. Looks like there's a review from 2 hours ago that says the same thing. Something along the lines of "A lady who spoke broken english couldn't get my order right." So maybe it's time you fire that witch before you lose a thousand more customers over her. Will NOT be back to this mcdonalds, soley because of this ONE person. The regular employees were nice. Maybe promote one of them? Lost my freaking appetite now and can't eat the $20 worth of...
Read moreHorrible Service, if I could give less than a full star I would. We ordered two burgers at the drive-thru: a Mushroom Swiss Meal and a Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal. We paid and got our drinks, Coke and Dr. Pepper. The Coke was fine. The Dr. Pepper tasted like carbonated water with food coloring, it was definitely not Dr. Pepper. We were then were asked to pull up and around to Stall #1 to wait. This was understandable, sometimes McDonald's is busy. After 20 minutes of sitting in Stall #1 with no sign of our order (meanwhile watching 6 other cars use the drive-thru and leave with their meals) we finally went in to inquire about the issue. We had to wait behind another customer, who was also complaining to the cashier about her order being wrong. When at the counter we were told, "Oh, I'm sorry. We forgot about it." They then proceeded to hand us our food, which had been bagged and sitting on the counter for who knows exactly how long, and wished us a good night. The fries were terrible; extremely cold and soggy. The (now cold) Mushroom Swiss has 4 mushrooms on it; I had to actually put them on the burger, because the mushrooms were just laying in the box with the burger. When I bit into it, the burger was covered in grease, and streamed down into the box in my lap. I know McDonald's has greasy food, but not like this. The cold Bacon Quarter Pounder was stale and had a single piece of bacon thrown in the box that we also had to place on the burger. Awful food, awful customer service, just an all-around...
