If I could give no stars, I would. I asked for triple sesame chicken. I was told there wasnāt enough for a triple but only a double. I asked if more could be cooked, she said yes and I said ok Iād like the triple. When I got to the window, I was given a double and when I tell you the meat was inedible, thatās an understatement. I waited at the window and told the lady I ordered a triple but was given a double. She then stated āI told you I only had enough for a doubleā I then reiterate that I said I would wait for more to be cooked. She then stated āoh, I didnāt hear youā. I then informed her that I personally would have thrown this meat in the trash because itās inedible. She then asked me to pull around. I waited for new food. While I waited, I tried the chickenā¦it was basically burnt from sitting in the warmer for so long and very tough, almost like eating jerky. When the lady came back out to the car with the new food, she had an attitude. She also asked for the other box of food backā¦in my opinion, that is a really gross practice that needs to be stopped. You donāt know if that person is sick and then you take it back into the restaurant, itās gross. I also told her to look at that food and maybe try it next time because I wouldnāt have fed that to my dog let alone a customer. I then asked for 3 packets of soy sauce because they never asked if I would like any condiments. She rolled her eyes and stomped back into the restaurant. This food was for my husband, he said the fried rice was so underdone it was still crunchy. This establishment needs to do better. You work for the customers, we donāt work for you. Also, serve food that you yourself would eat. I get that we are in an inflation but if the food has been sitting in the warmer so long that itās inedible, throw it out...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been to this location not once not twice not three times not four time but FIVE times, Five times and EVERY SINGLE TIME before I am ALLOWED to order I am confronted with a lengthy list of items that I as the customer I will not be allowed to order. I wish I as exaggerating in anyway but I am not. I have brought different people with me each time I have visited as witnesses who are willing to testify how awful the customer service is here. I have never been told at any other Panda Express location before what I am allowed to order and that more than half of the menu is unavailble. On top of having almost no food available I am being told I need to wait more than 20 minutes for the food to be cooked. At this point They might as well tell me what Iām going to have instead of taking my order at all. JUST TO TEST the truth behind this Iām going to record an audo of the person telling me nothing is available the next time I come through the line because after the fifth time in a row of being told That most of the menu is not available Iām going to assume the situation will not be different the 6th time. Rarely will I complain about fast food but this specific location takes the cake on being consistantly not good. Corprate do something??? Send these people more food or just close this location down. In closing I have to say the staff in the window are friendly to an extent however this location needs SERIOUS SERIOUS SERIOUS...

This place is rude in the drive thru and when you ask them to take it easy on the broccoli they won't or say we can't do that. Well we've given them plenty of chances to try and make it right and every single time we get like a couple small pieces of beef with a million pieces of broccoli. The common plate we order is the bigger plate with 3 entrees, 2 beef broccoli and orange chicken. Now the chicken is a hefty size portion which is great but when you order DOUBLE beef and broccoli and you get hardly no beef every single time and even after asking them to take it easy on the broccoli then ya get frustrated. They say they can't but in the end run your getting no beef. The other stores have no problem with this issue only this one. Its sad cuz this one is on the way home and I'll go to the one by target now. They are a ton nicer and respectful when you order.
