One star. First, my delivery order through DoorDash was stolen. Doordash refunded it back to Taco Bell, then emailed me saying it would take 5–7 business days for me to see my own money. Their customer service line also closes at 6 PM, even though customers can still order food later.
So I went in person hoping for a better experience. Instead, my caramel apple empanada was missing, my large Baja Blast was given as a regular, and when I stood at the counter, two employees avoided eye contact and hid by the drive-thru window instead of helping me.
While I was standing there, one employee even started mocking my Grinch hoodie, imitating the Grinch behind the counter. After I sat down, I overheard them yelling “Karen” like they were mocking customers. That’s not just bad service — it’s disrespectful and unprofessional behavior.
I have a disability and can’t stand for long, so being ignored and then mocked made the whole visit even more frustrating. Absolutely...
Read moreRude boy at drive thru window. Gave him 2.25 for my very simple order. Was told I only gave him 1.75. Ok. Fine count it in front of me to prove it. Already dumped it in register. Went ahead and gave him my card to charge the other .43 he said I shorted him. Was charged .93 and when I told him he said no you only gave me 1.25. Really? I only paid with change cause I had it and wouldn't have to use my card. He was rude and hateful the entire time so I asked for his manager who was just as rude but also very short saying how inconvenient it would be to count entire draw down over 50 cents. I’ve been to this location a few times and the food is always spot on but recently I went to order and was turned away due to a mechanical issue within the store that was gonna take some time to fix and unfortunately I was on a work break and didn’t have time to wait. It just so happened that I was the first person in line to be turned away so I was frustrated and left some feedback online about it. In less than 24 hours I got a call from the GM explaining exactly why I was unable to order and not only that, they ensured that the next time I come through I can get what I had wanted to order for free! I didn’t even expect to get a response let alone such a generous offer! Plus, the GM was super kind and patient over the phone and just wanted to make sure I was happy with my experience overall.
