Normally I love coming here, staff is usually friendly if it's not busy, quick service, etc. Buuut...
I've been using the Subway app for pickup recently, which has been very convenient, but this is the second time I've ordered and noticed only after I got home... that my order was wrong. More specifically, missing the double meat! During a double meat promotion no less! It's so disheartening paying for something extra and not receiving it because someone didn't take an extra second to read the ticket.
Should I be opening my bag, pulling the sub apart, and double checking it each and every time I use the Pickup App? No, instead I will not be using the Pickup feature again. I'll take the extra couple minutes to walk in so I can babysit the employees to justify my payment...
I'm willing to change the rating if I notice a change in the amount of time the employees take the read a ticket. It's staying 1 star until then. :(

Left a 1 star review about a month ago about not receiving Double Meat in online pickup orders, tried online pickup again today and it's still just normal meat. So, no change in quality whatsoever. Very disappointing.

Read moreI paid for a footlong steak and cheese through the app, and halfway there they called and said they were out of steak and cheese and they said to cancel the order and I'll get a refund. So I did and went to different subway and paid again. This subway won't give me a refund even though I DID SUCCESSFULLY cancel the order. I paid and ordered it on Monday and waited the 3-5 business days and they still won't refund me. I have called them 4 times. I went by once and they were busy and so I let it go at the time. Now I want my money back. They say to call corporate as if you will get a human when they know when you call corporate the phone system says they moved to "an entirely digital format" to serve you better and to go to a website. I already lost over 15 bux dealing with mobile app/website. Not doing that again. It was 16.40 on Monday the 5th of December...
Read moreI attempted to order food at this location via their Subway app this evening. When I tried to place the order, the app told me this location isn’t currently accepting orders, so I ended up going and ordering in person. About 2 hours later I received a phone call from the manager. She was calling to let me know my food was ready. When I explained to her what happened and asked for a refund she snapped at me saying “I can this time, but next time call us because now I have to throw away a $20 order.”
