I went through Popeyes on May 17th and ordered 16 piece family meal, half spicy half regular of dark meat only, I also ordered 3 of their 2apple pies making a total of 6. My order came to $65 and change. I got home and my order was all messed up and only 3 apple pies. Tonight I went back because the manager Justin said he'd make it right and give me 6 apple pies. So I showed my receipt and ordered more chicken totaling $71.74 I ordered a 16 piece family meal and 8 piece chicken only. Half spicy half original. I get home and they didn't put in the 8 piece chicken! I had to go all the way back. The manager Justin is truly a gem very professional and kind. So it's difficult to even be annoyed with all the mistakes the staff is making. But I don't think we'll ever go back based on the experience with the individual speaking through the drive through. She was sooo unprofessional and flat out rude and nasty. She tried to force me to park and come inside. I didn't want to go through all that, I'd been through enough hassle. I had already spoken to the manager Justin on the phone about the issue, so there was no need. All they had to do was give me the 8 pieces of chicken I paid for. I showed my receipt. But instead she wanted to show her attitude, she kept petting and stroking her nasty greasy pony tail and then touching the food?! Wth? So nasty. The food isn't worth the hassle and they over cook it sooo many times it's nothing but bones and crust. The replacement chicken I got, the manager Justin made himself and packed. Apparently he's the only one that knows how to count or be professional. Sad really because he has to deal with all the issues some of the staff create because they can't count or be professional. Smh I guess it's going to be Chicken Express for us from now on. DRY OVER COOKED and RECOOKED and COOKED some more chicken from Popeyes with their rude staff...
Read moreI realize this place is new and may have some growing pains, but my visit tonight will be my first and last one. I should have known when I walked in and a lady was there demanding a refund because she had waited 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru with no food yet., I ordered a five piece tenders meal, mac and cheese, and cajun fries for $16.69. it took over 30 minutes to get the food and once I got it it was not good at all.. the fries were cold and soggy, the mac and cheese barely covered the bottom of the paper cup, a couple of the pieces of chicken weren't bad but the others were really small and overcooked and tough. I saw several people walk out due to them not getting their food within a reasonable amount of time and a couple of people that were doordash folks finally gave up and left as well. The trash can was overflowing and yet no one seemed concerned about that or not a single word about sorry for your delay or anything like that.. it could be a management problem, it could be a training problem, or it could be just poor employees, but whatever it is this place is doomed if they don't get their act together. I've given many dozen food reviews over the years and generally give people the benefit of the doubt if they appear to be trying but these people didn't really even seem concerned that folks are waiting an inordinate amount of time and getting a subpar product once they finally got it. My pic belies the quality of what I was served. If I'd bothered to read the Google reviews prior to stopping, I wouldn't have wasted $17 and 40 minutes...
Read moreWent here for lunch today for me and 3 of my coworkers. Our drinks were flat and the food wasn't even close to be up to par. When I called and spoke to the manager she told me she would replace our order and I told her I was at the end of my shift and could I get it replaced on Monday since that would be the next day that all of my coworkers worked the same shift. She said absolutely and she was sorry for it not being up to standards. I take out my trash at the end of my shift when my phone rings and it's the manager telling me I would need to bring the food and receipt if I wanted a refund. Ok but I let her know I would bring back what wasn't just thrown in the dumpster as I was absolutely not fishing it out. So I return with one full combo and all 4 drinks and one side that hadn't been thrown away. Then the story changes again and she was only replacing the drinks. I told he that's not what was stated on the phone. Needless to say she refunded the drinks and I left. We get a 30 min lunch break that's it. I didn't have time to go back today I had already used my lunch to go get the food. She needed to honor was originally stated to me before I threw my trash in the dumpster at the end of my shift like I'm sure they do at the end of their shift.
