Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Norman

First off I will say this rating is not about the food but the workers. Called today to order for a company meeting we are having at OU. As soon as the girl got on the phone, she had an attitude. I wanted to verify that they first delivered to OU, as we have had trouble with places not delivering to campuses. She immediately sounded irritated and answered me as if I was the stupidest person in the world. Then when I was ready to order I simply had to rattle off my list, as she never indicated that she heard anything I said. Once I finished my list of items she simply told me my total and said they would see me at 5:30. Never once repeated back to me what I had told her to make sure it was correct. Before she could quickly hang-up on me, I asked her if they could include cups and plates (a normal request) to which she loudly sighed. I then asked her if she had a problem. She quickly replied, "No... no!" I'm not sure how such a simple request could upset someone so much. All that to say that I will NEVER order from this location again. If you want to keep customers probably a good idea to not treat them like they are...

Several time they have messed up orders and when I call they insist I am wrong. This last time we just ordered cheese sticks (can't screw that up, right?) We got it home and the box seems to have been re-used? First thought was 'nah, could have been stuck to the belt when baking' Melted cheese with pepperoni all folded over and stuck to the box. Not the bottom of the sticks in the slightest, the box. As my husband and I were checking it out (lifting the sticks up and seeing if it may have been the cooking issue we thoight) a small bug, ant like but not an ant or a gnat, crawls around from under the cheese and pepperoni mass. We threw the whole thing away. Only got to eat a few edge sticks bedore we noticed; tired of going to the corporate site for something they clearly love to overlook. Go to any other location or store or even chain. I feel bad for the students that basically have that as their only close option besides JJ's and JJ'S doesn't stay...

Terrible customer service. My friends and I ordered 3 pizzas to have them delivered and we only had a $100 dollar bill to pay and the delivery guy broke up the bill and he either shorted me by $30 or I doubled paid him accidentally and since it was late and they closed I had to wait until the next day to call. Not to mention, I had gathered some dollar bills to give the guy a tip because I felt bad he has to wait in the cold. Anyways, I called and they said the driver was not working currently but that they would get back to me. I never got any news back so decided to go in person and they were so rude and this one girl was just laughing when I was speaking to her and extremely rude. The delivery guy arrived and he denied all claims. AND on top of that, they had gotten the order completely wrong.
