This used to be my favorite place for rice and egg rolls, HOWEVER my experience last week ensured that I will never spend my money here again. I called my order in and asked for 2 orders of shrimp fried rice and an order of veggie egg rolls. The young lady on the phone repeated my number using the combo code and gave me my total. When I picked up the order and got to the park to eat it we realized that it was pork fried rice and not shrimp fried rice. Since I don't eat meat I immediately called back to make them aware. She said that she repeated the menu number and I explained that when I ordered I didn't have a menu in front of me so I wouldn't have known what the number meant nor did I use a number. I specifically requested shrimp fried rice. Luckily, I was not the one who went in to get the corrected order because the cooks (older) evidently believed since they weren't speaking in English that their TONE couldn't be understood. They appeared to be complaining the entire time as they remade the order and wanted to charge more for the shrimp we initially ordered. When the cashier was asked if we were going to be paying for their mistake she said no however my card was STILL charged for shrimp and there were only 4-5 in the entire box. I don't spend my money where the customer service is terrible. On top of that we felt bad for the cashier because she was clearly being yelled at for...

EDITED POST I feel the need to edit my review and the rating. Lately, what I have ordred seems so bland tasting. My last order was the Dry Noodle Soup. I just thought it was horrible. The meat tasted and looked like thin processed deli meat. You are given soy sauce to pour over it... soy sauce, really??? Try adding another sauce or seasoning to it to give it a better flavor! I have had the fried rice. It has a good flavor, but the rice gets soggy really fast. I know it wasn't jasmine rice because jasmine rice is a long grain.. It seemed more like Minute rice. I think the pho has a nice flavor, but again, the meat looks and tastes like deli meat. The one thing I do like on the menu is the pork spring rolls. They are really delicious.

ORIGINAL POST I have only been here 2x and both times I have enjoyed my meal. I had the grilled chicken rice bowl. The chicken had a delicious grilled flavor and mostly lean. I like that you are given a small bowl of the pho broth. Whenever we eat Vietnamese, I always go for the rice dishes, so this is an excellent way of introducing a pho bowl to a new customer. The fish sauce was to my liking, not watered down. Portion size is adequate, could be a tad bit more. But, overall I...

Great value. Spring rolls were best value I've seen anywhere. Pho was delicious and also a very good value, if not the richest broth I've had. Service was fine. Wasn't happy the first time I came here, having driven an hour plus to get there to be turned away for dine in. It wasn't posted that they were take out only at the time. They are now open for dine in. Good quality food. Generous portions as is typical with pho. The meats were good quality. I always tend to get the beef tendon, as it has some of the best flavor of all the meat choices. They had it in fairly thick pieces, and it was a bit cool still as a result- the best flavor comes out of it when it gets nice and hot. Still a good pho and a good price. The spring and winter rolls were both absolutely delicious, with or without the sauce. The chinese sausage in the winter rolls is so good, been a favorite since I had it in an off menu duck dish at a little Taiwanese place. They also had a tasty Thai tea. Basic, but tasty. Overall, good pho, good apps, good value for the pho, great value for the apps, and no...

Came in late, very last minute as they were shutting the kitchen down in 5 mins at 8:30. The staff was very generous on letting me order so late as I could see they were ready to go. They instantly got my order in & in no time brought my food out steaming hot. The pho broth was very rich and tasted delicious by itself, but I always add lime, hoisin & Sriracha sauce. The rice noodles were perfect. The cold bean sprouts I usually have steamed, but I got them cold to help bring down the temp of the broth so I could hurry up & eat, had a nice crunch. They turned other customers away, due to it being so late, I felt bad for them because that broth was delicious! As I paid, my waitress transferred my drink into a togo cup. I would definitely return, earlier in the day, as the food & staff were exceptionally awesome & worth this review. Plus they had a box of "World Finest Chocolate Bars" on the counter, I took 10 bars with me.

Horrible. 1. As far as pho broth is concerned, it was bland and one of the worst flavored. I had to add so much to it trying to get it edible, but I eventually just pushed the bowl forward. 2. On top of our order being switched around and not knowing it till we were already into it, we had maybe 5 pieces of meat a piece, only difference was mine was a large and I had more noodles. Maybe a spoonful of meat, picture provided. Asked for a side of quail eggs. Only got two for a 1.50. Can of them is 1.99 for like 24. Any other place gives around 4. The side of meat was tiny too. So just saying they are very skimpy on their portions. Over all, taste was bad, service was bad, portions were bad. All of the negative reviews are spot on. I believe the positive reviews are mostly young adults that haven't ventured out and tried true pho. This was the top of the list for most pathetic bowl of pho I've ever gotten.
