The sandwiches are a rip off now that was the only reason I ate there and it was something that was worth being a faithful customer for. The sandwiches are now just the ends of the hoagie they cut the middle out, for what; idk. Aside from the length, portion wise the sandwich was a disappointment as is. Not even 2 months ago if you ordered a philly it would have weight in meat as a base order. Today I ordered a philly with mushrooms added; what I payed extra for was to have my protein swapped not have extra on what the order was. The sandwich had maybe a 2-3 ounce portion of meat on it ie if the sandwich was supposed to have a 5 ounce portion you are paying extra to have them only give you 3 of your 5 ounces with 2 subbed as mushroom. Needless to say this is such a tragedy I used to beam with joy when i could tell everyone i knew the best place to get a cheese steak; sadly no more. Will have to find a new place to have one; 2 bucks up in price for something that's lost an appreciable portion of its mass and volume. Racking prices like that works with faithful customers when you start doing it to step up and upkeep/ maintain quality and standards. Cutting portions/ quality/ and prep time to get by on top of an increase in prices; good luck floating sandwiches to customers like that. Look at any of the other long time businesses from campus corner. Case in point people are cool with owners having to raise the price if it maintains quality but why pay more for slacking standards. They'll figure it out slowly but surely though, businesses off of the oval that pull that dont last. Remember meatball house, pita pit, fat sandwich or any other long time succesful models that tried to pull quick ones like that? Then remember businesses like greek house, Victoria's, hideaway or anyone else who has lasted and will forever; their price increases are validated by keeping up with their portions and quality. Not...
Read morePlease do not support this business if you care about people with disabilities, as this business will blatantly and unapologetically discriminate against them. On 10/7/2025 around 1 pm, I came into this establishment with my study group and my service dog to get lunch. The man behind the counter, who I later learned is the manager, told me that ‘they don't allow dogs in here’. I informed him that my dog is a service dog, and he is not legally allowed to ask me to leave. He then, illegally, demanded to see her paperwork. As there is no requirement for service dogs in the United States to be certified by any organization, I informed him that there is no such thing as legitimate service dog paperwork in the US. He then went quiet for a moment, but after I ordered, he told me that I would need to eat outside. I informed him that it is illegal to make me eat outside just because I have a service dog, and he responded with ‘we will take that chance’. Additionally, there was no outside seating at this establishment, so he was just using alternative wording to kick me out. My service dog was very well behaved the entire time we were in this establishment and was not causing any kind of disturbance. As the man I spoke to in the restaurant did not identify himself as a manager, My parent called to speak with a manager the next day, and spoke to a man called Shawn, who I believe is the same person. Over the phone, he was belligerent and combative, claiming it was his right ‘as an American’ to deny anyone service for any reason. This is not true in cases of discrimination. After this, he told my parent to speak to his lawyer. When information on how to contact his lawyer was requested, such as the lawyer’s name or phone number, the manager simply hung...
Read moreI guess I am not destined to find decent pizza in Oklahoma. I gave this place a last ditch try and I will never know how their food is.
My order took over 45 minutes to be delivered and went through FOUR drivers!! Obviously when it arrived, my overpriced pizza was stone cold.
So I called the store and someone picked up and hung up. Nice. Called back and asked why that happened. Man refused to acknowledge that it did. Good move. He really made me feel like a valued customer.
Then we talked about my order. He blamed the delivery service (which restaurants love to do now) and just kept babbling. He was a real d**k wad to me.
Now here is my challenge to him and other restaurant owners who want to play this game of splitting the customer between them and the deliver companies: Whatever happens on the delivery end affects your product and your reputation. You should be invested in that. You should be on the phone with Uber requesting an explanation for why your hard work and creation was wasted by languishing for a delivery driver. Your relationship is with them. I have no stake in it. If you want to make your business look good and impress your customers, handle these problems and don't play the blame game. Customers just want product and service and don't care about your issues with delivery.
By all means, do not disgrace your customer because you cannot get things to work smoothly.
I hope he enjoys that cold pizza I returned. It should be in an undisclosed location...
