Was my last straw when I had been charged a different price for the same carryout deal depending on who I talk to, up to twice the price it should be? This happened probably 6 times, and no, it was not the last straw. I mean, $7.65, $8.80, $9.65, $13.00, why am I complaining about a few dollars difference? Maybe my last straw was when my pizza was burnt to a crisp and inedible. Nope, I mean it was only one time. Was it dealing with the absolutely awful woman who works there? No, everyone else is nice. My last straw was calling in a carryout order, arriving 20 minutes later to pick it up, only to find they had my order wrong, and then sitting there for another 25 minutes waiting for my pizza. While I was there, the super mean woman took a delivery pizza and plowed through a customer in line, almost knocking them over. She is a monster. Don't know why she has a job. She doesn't deserve a dime for a single minute she treats customers like crap, and so far that has been every minute I have interacted with her. Oh, and after my 45 minute wait, watching people who came in after me get their pizzas, and after seeing my pizza come out and waiting another 10 minutes for the one employee to sticker endless pizza boxes while my pizza got cold, I wasn't even offered any compensation. I WAS a regular customer, getting pizza once a week, and they didn't offer me a coupon or some breadsticks or soda, or, better yet, the pizza free. I love Papa Johns pizza which is why I let so many things slide, but you can have the best pizza in the world but it doesn't make up for the completely unorganized crapfest that the Normandy Park Papa Johns is. And the fact that someone who is so awful to customers can have a job speaks a lot to the integrity of the...
Read moreRead more1st visit to Papa John's Normandy Park LAST VISIT! Not including drivers...there were 5 employees (one that appeared to be in training). I only ordered three items and was told it'd be ready in 20 minutes. So I left and returned in 15 minutes...stood around another 5 minutes and crew member asked if he could help. My order was the ONLY ONE on the screen and had not even been started. Drivers in and out the doors, supervisor and employee standing in the closest parking stall smoking and another supervisor cleaning the prep area with a visibly dirty rag and sorting ingredients and tossing them back in their bins. This is the same person who was working the till, collected my money and went straight to the back and handled the food: NO GLOVES, NO HAND WASHING! Apparently, the rush was over and everyone split; leaving my order undone. No one worked on my order as I stood there. When the young man finally asked if he could help, he and ONLY he sprang into action. He started on one of the three items ordered (thank-you sir) but did not start on the other two even as I pointed it out. However, having watched the Supervisor/Lead handling: money, dirty rag and return food to the bins… I informed the young man my lack of interest in waiting for them to start on the last two items. My stomach turned watching the supervisor handle food in such an unsanitary manner. Two of the employees did offer to rush my order. At this point it was too late and I’m grossed out. I did pay for food and tipped well, at the end of the day walked out with and empty tummy but glad those ingredients did not end up in body. To the owner of the franchise: You do have my Phone # associated with the order. I’ll gladly take your call and share my experience with...
I don't eat here because its overpriced and just not good at all but tonight I had an even worse expierance then the food, this establishment is located in a small strip mall, sharing parking spots with all the businesses in the strip mall, there is no private parking spots, and due to a Holiday event the parking was a nightmare, yes sometimes holidays can create chaos but the parking spaces are not privately owned they are for all customers who utilize the bussiness, so tonight after 20 minutes of looking for parking a spot, I found one infront of Papa Johns, so I pull in to the spot, only to see this ridiculous handmade sign stating "No Event Parking!" Ok great, im not going to the event, im going to a different shop in the strip, the papa John employee who has now upgraded her.position from Pizza Employee to Parking Lot Enforcement tells me I can't park there it's for her employees, I explained that no I can park here and the spaces are not marked they are for consumers using the shops in the mall and I will be parking there for 10 minutes, I go to leave 10/12 min later and im blocked in, ok, no biggie I get it pizza drivers have no choice, but as I pull out this employee moves the sign to Block off the entire spot, this employee is so mad at me, she takes it upon herself to clearly violate parking agreements within the mall area as well as consumer rights, she had no business approaching me or believing she has any more rights to that parking area then the...
