My family and I eat here pretty often, and it's very hit or miss. But after this last weekend I will never go here again. I ordered 3 party platters and 40 guests at my son's birthday. When I opened the platters I noticed one platter had NO meat on a single sandwich. The person I spoke to, Dylan, was extremely rude and had my husband leave the parry to bring the tray just to have them slap some meat on the soggy sandwiches. When he got home, I opened another tray and once again, NO MEAT on a single sandwich. I called and talked to Dylan again, this time he literally yelled at me, and said "now I am giving you attitude!!" I asked him to contact his boss and I would be calling back. When I called back, a nicer man answered and said they would make us a new sandwich platter and refund one of the trays. I think that was the absolute least they could do. The people that work here are irresponsible, rude, and don't do their simple jobs....

I go into this location regularly, and I have had multiple run-ins with a older gentlemen with long hair. Most of which are uncomfortable however tolerable on the whole, if you can handle someone talking over the top of you pretty consistently. However today I mentioned a news headline and he went off on several political topics of which I felt uncomfortable discussing and after asking to change the subject because we had different opinions, he continued to speak on certain topics that made me feel extremely uncomfortable while he was helping me with my order. Ordered 3 sandwiches online. One 6 inch All american club on flatbread. One BLT on Italian herbs and chz. One ultimate BMT on Italian herbs and chz. The BMT was on flatbread and very soggy. (Certain oils and sauces is an overkill for that type of bread) Club was missing bacon and found two long strands of HAIR. We ordered these on our way out to join friends for camping.
