Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Normandy Park

Terrible service seems to be status quo with pizza places these days. I ordered contactless curbside service. I arrived, and the app said to call the store, so I hit the 📞 button provided. It sent me to the call center, so the representative patched me to the store. My phone rang the store for 5 minutes, and as I walked in, the two working were in the back, laughing and joking with each other, and I thought, what a waste of a $10 tip. Once Moses came to the front and I said to him, "Do you not answer the phone? I was waiting outside for curbside service." He didn't seem to care about anything I was saying. After he gave me my food, I asked him how I could adjust the tip since I didn't feel they deserved one at this point. I said corporate? I should just call corporate? He said Yeah and mumbled a phrase that contained the F word in it. Now I've had some bad service in my days, but this encounter takes the cake. I'm done. Give me my $9.70 back for the tip, and you'll never see or hear...

The employee that took my order was very nice but he was new he told me and I think that's why our pizza was not made right. The pizza had no flavor. The toppings were so small I'd have to get magnifying glass to see them. The green peppers were cut so thin and small I could barely see them, and the sausage was on a just a few pieces and it was so small. The pepperoni was scarce and I think we got a bout 10 little baby mushrooms on the pizza's. I order 2 of the supreme so it cost me $39 and some change but it wasn't worth it at all. I frankly got ripped-off! The pizza was so thin and flat it looked like paper. I won't be back to this Pizza Hut again, little Caesar's gives me more toppings and has more flavor than this Pizza place, Sorry but...

Do NOT order delivery from this place! Every single time we decide to “give it another chance” - they mess up in some major way! We were supposed to have our pizza delivered by 5:43 pm. We got notification at 6pm that door dash was delivering our pizza and would not arrive by 6:35 pm. I tried calling them to see if I could just pick it up rather than having door dash deliver. I sat on hold for 10 minutes and in that time door dash picked up. We didn’t get our pizza until 6:20 and at that point the pizza was already cold.

The quality of pizza produced by this location is already mediocre, even for a Pizza Hut. Then, having delivery delayed by 35 minutes, you get a lukewarm pizza.

Garbage location. Garbage service....
