I went thru the drive thru and was specific about my order. 12 oz breve latte no foam, with six raw sugars. I pay with my Debit card and tell the cashier that I do not tip on drive thru. He reassures me that no tip was taken and gives me the receipt. I taste the latte, and there is much foam. They give me the new one and I go on my way only to discover that there is much foam. I take it back and speak with the manager, he gives me reasons as to why they can not separate the foam. I point out to him that all Starbucks use this really big spoon to hold back the foam. The barista makes me a new one and sure enough she used the really big spoon to hold back the foam. I put the six raw sugars in and go my merry way. I check my bank account today because I have this rule that when it comes to restaurants I do not pay with my debit card. Too much can happen. Long story short, I check my account and they charged me twice on something I should not have been charged for because they got it wrong twice. That makes them thieves. I filed a claim with my bank and my bank put the money back into my account. People be very careful when paying with your credit ot debit cards because there are thieves out there. From now on I will stick to my rule and not pay by debit or credit cards at...
Read moreTerrible customer service! I ordered a Cold Brew and my order was skipped because the Barista didn't know how to change the keg. There were employees and a few just standing around while no one helped to complete our order. Meanwhile orders that were placed after mine continued to be completed. No apology was given or even a heads-up like "this might take a while, thank you for waiting" The whole time I just watched my half filled cup of Cold Brew sit on the counter behind the Barista who didn't even make an effort to ensure someone was going to replace the Keg. She just continued to prepare more orders because she "didn't know how to change the keg".. out of all the 8 employees only 1 person new how?...
Read moreA new employee by the name of Josh helped me today. He was kind and customer friendly beyond his years. Of course, now that I am reflecting on the experience, I may be immature for my age? Joking aside, Josh is a young man of integrity and accountability. He treats his co-workers with compassion and called out a "have a good night" to me as I exited the shop. In my opinion, I would keep this young man and support his compassion and spirit, even if it cost the company to give him a raise and more responsibility. I do not think you will be disappointed. He is the exception to the rule. The metaphorical, "ace up the sleeve." Good luck with this new...
