Dunkin' — Restaurant in Norristown

Very unprofessional with Poor customer service. On Sunday afternoon 7/21/19 I place an order in drive-through for a large ice coffee. I got to the window and the cashier handed me a large hot coffee and ran my debit card. She then told me that my card was declined. So I proceeded to pay with cash. After I paid in cash I Decided to logged into my bank account through my smart phone and it showed that Dunkin donuts Charge my bank account for the ice coffee. so I pulled around and went inside to speak with the manager for a refund for charging me twice for one coffee. I also told him That I wanted an ice coffee not at hot coffee. He told me that he was not given me a refund, he told me that my card declined. After showing him my online bank statement that my card was charged he still Refused. This has been one of the worst Experience at Dunkin donuts. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. But this goes to show how disrespectful Dunkin donuts will treat their military veterans. Me and my family will never visit another...

So, I went through the drive-thru, and got an everything bagel, double toasted with cream cheese, and it was perfect. After eating it, I decided to not go to Wawa for coffee, but to go back through the drive-thru, and get an iced coffee. Well, I asked that they use a little less ice, and they had the nerve to tack on an additional 50 cents! I questioned it, and told him to just make it with the regular amount of ice, and he said okay. I got to the window, and they hadn't removed the charge! I mentioned again to the lady at the window, and she said it was the policy! I could see that being the policy, if I had ordered a hot coffee, and asked for a cup of ice. Who does this? Apparently, this Dunkin location, so while I may get a bagel there, every now and then, I will not order an iced coffee; it wasn't even tasty or made the way I asked. Treat your...

I am very fond of Mina since we both are Egyptian, and it was cool to bond over that for a moment. He is a very kind man and also makes my refresher very well along other staff. Though sometimes when Mina isn't there for the day and other staff are there, I get my drink and notice that it tastes a little odd??? But it's never concerning, and it doesn't matter too much I still appreciate them and their efforts because at the end of the day these are people.
